I came sooooo close to buying a new car from Sammy - aegus

I came sooooo close to buying a new car from Sammy Johnson at MyAuto Import Center. I couldn't decide between a Nissan Pathfinder and a Honda Passport and weighing the pros/cons, on the +++ side was Sammy and the dealership. In the end, the Honda was a slightly better fit for my needs at this time. Sammy didn't pressure me one bit and completely understood my decision and even congratulated me on my new car. While I'm satisfied with my purchase, I really wish My Auto sold Hondas, because Sammy (and others including Blake initially) were wonderful.

We saw the RAM 3500 online and knew we needed it. - wyttale

We saw the RAM 3500 online and knew we needed it. The price was great. We contacted Kim and she got us right in and helped make the deal. We got top dollar for our trade in which really helped seal the deal! Financing was super easy and they also took our suggestion to use a credit union we were already a part of and that really helped because we secured a pretty good finance rate through them. Thanks to everyone at Zeigler, the finance team and especially Kim for helping us on our journey!

Polite, honest, informative, and timely. - heather_1985

Polite, honest, informative, and timely. I've purchased vehicles from them for years. Their service department pricing is competitive and we have not had an issue getting an appointment within a reasonable time frame for major repairs or routine maintenance. Would refer to a friend or family to use.

Buying a new vehicle can be (and often is) a stressful - bubak

Buying a new vehicle can be (and often is) a stressful and unpleasant experience. This was just the opposite. From the initial negotiation phase through the delivery and even the meeting with the finance guy, everything was top-notch. My salesman Zac, and Nate, the Sales Manager, made negotiations and delivery smooth and easy. Austin, "the finance guy," explained the packages he had to offer, but he wasn't pushy at all. Zac took the time to set up my Kia Connect app, and even though I was very familiar with the EV9 (having owned one before), he made sure that everything was in order, and he answered any questions that I had. Throughout the process, communication was outstanding. I live in Northwest Indiana, close to many Kia dealers in the Chicago metro area. Taking the time to shop at Fox Kia North in Grand Rapids turned out to be a very good decision.

We purchased a new Tucson 2 weeks ago. - ccc733

We purchased a new Tucson 2 weeks ago. Wisdom was our salesperson and he did a great job. He was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions, sometimes several times over in order to explain the technology to us. He was always polite and he seemed to want what was best for us.It was a great experience and everyone was wonderful to work with, Wisdom, Bill, and Theresa. It is a 1st class operation. Ron and Anna P.S.....The coffee there is wonderful

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the - discerning customer

6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001... - waylar

I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001 Windstar, to make a long story short Ford Motor co. said it was irrepairable and bought the windstar back at a premium. So naturally I started looking for a replacement vehicle. Well we drove over to Grand Ledge 150 mile round trip and had 4 or 5 vehicles selected to look at from the "Mega" dealer over there. After a terrible negotiating experience at Grand Ledge we returned to Pfeiffer Farms where we brought the windstar for recall work, and Pfeiffer (Mark Keech) worked with us and got us a terrific deal on a newer vehicle for my daughter. Mark was a pleasure to work with (though he had to "talk" to the manager once) and Dean Smith the service manager was very friendly and we even met Dan Pfeiffer that morning too! I've brought my villager to have it serviced there in the past and am very happy with the whole operation over there. Thank you Pfeiffer for a wonderful experience.

I recently purchased a 2018 Porsche GT3 from The Speed - brquebral

I recently purchased a 2018 Porsche GT3 from The Speed Collection. From the first conversation through delivery, the team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. Terry handled the details carefully and stood behind the car, which gave me confidence in a significant purchase. The entire experience was excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a special enthusiast vehicle. Highly recommended and will surely purchase another car from them when the time comes!
