Alex was an excellent resource in this purchase. Initially Apple Ford did not have what we were looking for. Alex took our info, and a day later we get a text saying they had a car we might be interested in. We scheduled a test drive and purchased the Cascada. We found a ding in the left rear quarter panel and to our delight, they repaired it at no cost to us! 100% loved the experience and will give 5 stars.

Eric A. was our service advisor and he was top notch in being thorough, great communication and ensuring that the problem was solved correctly.
