Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Complimentary services are important to me, The lack of attention to something so simple reflects poor management. And this location consistently missed the mark. Very limited coffee, no sugar, no hot chocolate and no water. Not once but twice within 2 weeks. Keep in mind it was -6° in January. The least they could do for waiting customers was go to Fairplay, which is less than a mile from the dealer ship to get sugar. Dont expect complimentary refreshments at the Oaklawn location. Go to Countryside or City VW. They never miss!

Happy new year! Great end to a frustrating day. Larry Roesch VW was our third dealer of the day. Had been messaging with Jeanette Valentin and when I arrived she was there to immediately meet with me and show the three different models I was interested in. Jeanette was extremely helpful during the entire process. Long drive to the suburbs but thankful it was made. Big thanks to Jeanette and everyone at Larry Roesch VW who got us into our new VW Atlas.
