AMAZED! 5 Stars! I’ve been car shopping off and on for 6 months, I’ve watched hours of car reviews on you tube and talked to tons of owners on Facebook groups, test drove new and used, sedans, crossovers and finally Outback’s. I was close to buying about 4 different vehicles over the last 3 months but the sales people and finance managers soured my taste for even wanting to buy anything from a dealership. I was able to get a email quote and set up a time to test drive the different trims with Gabriel Talpos. He was with a customer when I arrived and with in a minuet I was asked if I needed help unlike some dealers. Jeff Schade showed me all about the Outback’s and patiently answered all my questions and we even got to experience some Subaru like down pours. It was close to closing so I came back Saturday to try the Wilderness and it checked all the boxes, plus for me it had the most amazing acceleration of all the outback trims. Jeff was super patient and not pushy at all, the managers made a great offer that I didn’t even have to bargain for. The last part Finance managers.. always so scary. I worked with Chris Thomas, he was super pleasant! Quick and not pushy either, very friendly. I’ve never ever had a finance manager expierence that didn’t leave me with dread and being pushed around. Everyone I met at Grand Subaru was friendly and I can’t say enough about how different this dealership is for the better. I recommend you give them a shot and test drive some Subarus, they definitely don’t get the attention they should!

Sales person sold me a car that wasnt fully inspected 3 weeks later airbag light came on Went and talk to Darell smiled in my face and and nothing after taking it to another dealer and have them inspec it like my lawer told me to do ran the date on when the light actually came on now there legal action that going take place I wouldnt buy nothing again from and Gerald Dealership there name means nothing

Made a trip to Gerald as they had a pre-driven Subaru that we were interested in buying. We came to buy, but left emptyhanded. We checked before we left home, and the car was still available. By the time we got there, it was gone. We were told they had a very busy weekend and sold it on Saturday. I sincerely believe the car was never available, and this was an example of false advertising or bait and switch. We attempted to work with a sales person on a new vehicle instead, but he was terrible. Unenthusiastic, lacking knowledge, and just didn't seem to know what he was doing. I can't even remember his name, so not a good experience. We ended up purchasing a new Forester from another Subaru dealer that same day!
