Leonard was forthright, direct and clear. Purchasing a car is always filled with trade offs, pluses and minuses, advantages and disadvantages of each decision. Leonard was patient and more than willing to discuss at length our options during every step of the process. We ended up in a very good situation thrilled with the decision we eventually made. Second, we were never pressured or steered in a way that put Leonard's or the dealership's interests ahead of ours. It was obvious that Leonard had our best interests at heart.
