The service overall has been good, but a few issues have - HEESNOR

The service overall has been good, but a few issues have affected my experience. My truck is regularly returned with greasy fingerprints on the exterior after service. The dealership previously offered a complimentary wash, though I’m unsure whether that is still available. Regardless, I expect my vehicle to be returned at least as clean as it was when I dropped it off. Additionally, a warning indicating a problem with my front collision sensor was displayed on the dashboard during both of my last two visits. Neither time did anyone bring it to my attention or discuss diagnosing it, despite my having purchased an extended warranty through this dealership. I also recently discovered that my wheel lock key—the master key used to remove the locking lug nuts—is missing, apparently since I purchased four tires from the dealership last year. I had not noticed it was missing until now. I appreciate the service team’s work, but greater care with vehicle cleanliness, keeping track of vehicle accessories, and communicating about visible warning indicators would improve the customer experience.

I had looked all over for a Lotus Evora. - returningcustomer60540

I had looked all over for a Lotus Evora. I found NOLA Motorcars on the web, and they had a clean Evora for a great price. Buying a car out-of-state can be harrowing, but Kelly made the process enjoyable. He was completely transparent about the car, furnishing me with additional photos and background information. Two days later, the car was at NOLA Sport for a PPI. Everything checked out and I flew in for a test drive. Kelly was very professional and cordial; he let me take my time with the car, and guided me through the local streets and highways. It was a great experience. Since NOLA Motorcars deals with many out-of-state purchases, they work with a reliable vehicle transporter. You can’t go wrong working with Kelly at NOLA.

I wrote a negative review on 5/19/26 about a refund I did - kathyrgray

I wrote a negative review on 5/19/26 about a refund I did not get. On May 22,2026, a check was cut for my refund amount which I have received and deposited. Thank you HONDA OF COVINGTON for sending my check so quickly. Like I said before, my refund must have fell through the cracks but the right person monitors and took care of the issue immediately. Thank you and yes I will continue using HONDA OF COVINGTON in the future.

I brought a used 2013 Honda Accord in July 2023 with - Marie54

I brought a used 2013 Honda Accord in July 2023 with warranty. I must have brought this car to Honda for 6 or 7 times for the same problem. Then come to find out the transmission is slipping. I have been dealing with Barker since 1999 . I brought 3 vehicles paid them off now purchasing a 2022 CRV and the 2013 Honda Accord. They been patching the problem up until my warranty runs out in August or 152,000 in 2025 . Barker Honda on Martin Luther King was a very big disappointment to me.

My experience was a bit mixed but in the end, the deal - xtremelysassy

My experience was a bit mixed but in the end, the deal happened and I was most pleased with the Exceptional customer service provided by Jonathan Watson. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was extremely positive. I was disappointed in the two sales reps I worked with Trey and Adriana. The communication was poor with Trey (did not reply to email or texts after re-engaging him on this vehicle I wanted in late July- that I had spoken to him about in the month of June) Didn't get back to me ever. I then messaged via the dealer online chat tool and got Adriana. She was better but seemed adverse to picking up the phone and talking. She liked to text. It took a day sometimes a little longer, to get answer to questions I had. Being an out of state buyer added complexity I guess but to Jonathan, he didn't blink. In the end, I made the purchase. Adriana did come through with the pricing I was targeting. Things transitioned to Jonathan and he blew me away with his responsiveness and willingness to answer my questions. He actually picked up the phone to talk! He went thru all the loan options and add on packages in a professional, non pushy way. I really appreciated the lack of pressure and his explanation of the packages and benefits I could add on if I wanted to. I bought the vehicle (RR Sport Dynamic PHEV) and he thanked me for my business. Meanwhile, never even got a phone call from Adriana to thank me on my $100K+ purchase. I got an automated form letter. I've been in sales for 35 years and the customer experience is key to having future business. In the end, it worked out. I should have the vehicle in 2 days. I'm happy! Feel I got a very fair deal.

Sadly, Bryan Subaru, which used to be a trustworthy - BuddhaCat

Sadly, Bryan Subaru, which used to be a trustworthy source for maintaining & repairing my Crosstrek, is now a place I’d rather avoid. Yes, their waiting room has more amenities than it used to have, like a children’s playroom & better Wi-Fi, but they no longer offer transportation to & from the inner city, which is a big drawback if you need a time-eating repair. You might get lucky & get a friendly service agent. I was there a long time—they seem to have some. Unfortunately, Fate threw me to Richard, who was surly, uncommunicative, & shady. After their $10k+ “diagnosis”—be wary & ask questions at this point—I got no updates from him on my vehicle in the 6 hrs I sat there, & he disappeared until my car was ready. I was having some tire bolts replaced & installing 4 new tires. Their price on the bolts was fair; their price on the tires & installation was $200-300 more than the 2 other places I checked with who couldn’t replace the bolts, so I coughed it up to do it all at once. They’re under new management, & the atmosphere was strange—secretive & shady—when I wanted to lodge a complaint. My experience there was so unsettling, I will never buy another Subaru just so I don’t have to deal with them again.
