Great Customer Service at Rusty Wallis Honda I had originally gone to Lute Riley Honda to have my windshield wiper inserts replaced, but the experience there was disappointing. I was directed through several steps, waited for assistance, and was ultimately told I should just purchase the inserts and install them myself with an attitude. I’ve been a loyal Lute Riley customer since 1999, but the lack of support that day led me to leave and drive to Rusty Wallis Honda instead. At Rusty Wallis Honda, the experience was the complete opposite. I pulled into the Express Service lane and was helped right away. Julian, the service advisor, explained my options clearly and offered to install the inserts at no charge if I purchased them from the Parts department. When the inserts were out of stock, the Parts advisor (Jose) quickly offered a discounted price on replacement blades as an alternative. I brought them back to Julian, he installed them promptly, and I was on my way. The staff at Rusty Wallis were helpful, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. They made the process easy and showed they valued my time and business. Because of this experience, Rusty Wallis Honda has now earned my future service visits. Good customer service matters and Rusty Wallis delivered it.

I walked in looking for Erik, who I didn't realize is now the finance manager, so they got me with Jermiah. I was transparent about the fact that I was planning on shopping around and just wanted to absolute best deal they could get me on a CR-V Hybrid. They got me such a good deal that I had no reason to shop anywhere else, and in fact, I hadn't planned on buying that day, but they got me approved with such an incredible APR that I couldn't walk away. They even gave me a good value on my old civic, which I wasn't planning on trading cause it wasn't in good condition and I didn't think it was worth anything. While I was originally planing on leasing, my credit wasn't very good either and I couldn't get approved on a lease. So while switching to a purchase made the car payment more than I had originally planned for, with the APR, trade-in value and everything else they did for me, it was a no-brainer. I love my new CRV and even my mechanic (who is an independent shop) highly recommended the CR-V Hybrid. He said he's got customers who have put a ton of miles on them and they are extremely reliable. I'm very happy with my purchase and very happy that I walked into Norm Reeves that day. Thank you for the no xx deal you gave me and for treating me the way every woman deserves to be treated when buying a car.

They worked with another Carmax dealership down south and acquired the vehicle I was looking at quickly. After reviewing, they took care of any concerns. They made sure all issues were resolved in a timely manner. Just another great experience with Car max. Probably my 3rd or 4th vehicle purchase with them. The new Alliance store held to the same high standards of customer service as other CarMax dealerships I had worked with in the past. Really enjoy buying from CarMax. So much easier than the standard branded dealerships. I’ll be calling back when it’s time to buy again.
