Im sure everyone is great but I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mateo Muniz would definitely recommend him to anyone! INCREDIBLE vehicle sales man! Caring and compassionate in his job. Will not just try and sell you something for the “sale”. He will sit down and doesn’t care if it takes hours talk with you about what type of things you are wanting/ needing in a vehicle. Then once he finds that perfect vehicle for you, he will work with other amazing team members to get the best price and options possible. Last year I purchased my vehicle (2025 equinox) from here and tacked on quite a bit of highway miles due to so many medical appointments out of town. Absolutely LOVED this vehicle. But due to medical reasons a truck was now required to better suit what I needed as in towing. I was fully prepared to be turn downed when I asked to trade back a compact suv with a lot more miles than it left with for somehow getting a truck. Instead they were very understanding and very sympathetic to everything I had going on. Absolutely incredible teamwork and Mateo yet again spent hours and even stayed past closing to make sure all of my needs and qualifications I wanted in a vehicle were met. Was never once felt rushed either. The person who does all the financing options will literally bend over backwards calling and trying to get you the lowest APR and payments possible (way cheaper than a bank I found out with our first time around). Then they also have a guy who handles all the added warranties now which is at unbeatable costs as well for everything that is covered. All staff I’ve come across there is respectful, caring, and professional. I could not be happier with Mateo and his coworkers! not once but twice now have they helped me find exactly what I’m needing. Thank you so much, made my husband and my life significantly less stressful and easier. Did I mention they did this all in one day! Actually less than 3hours! Fast, efficient, and hits the nail with the hammer on finding exactly what you want. Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles. It took almost 500 days to get my truck (Ford's fault, not theirs) and they kept me informed all the way through the process. When my truck did arrive they informed me as it rolled off the carrier and had it ready to pick up the next day. They honored my original order price and no hassles when I brought my own financing. There was no ADM/Market adjustment, and no mandatory dealer add-ons. Cory Osage (salesman) and Don Johnson (sales manager were great throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend if you want to order a Ford.

We took our car in for a service.Noticed we had a head light out and opened hood.Had to remove air box and found dog food all in it from pack rat.Also all through the engine bay evidence of pack rat easily viewable to someone servicing.The air filter was never recovered or they would seen the dog food.Called dealership and the service manager said someone probably got lazy due to the heat and just didn't check it.This is unacceptable anywhere.

Would warn anyone buying a car from this dealership to take it to a reputable mechanic and have them go over it. Bought a Mini-Cooper and haven’t put 300 miles on it and it started over heating. Paid 1700 dollars to have the pan replaced to be told the head gasket was blown. Had it towed to the only place that will work on it. BMW dealer said it could be repaired for 22000 dollars for a 2014 vehicle. So we will be making a monthly payment on a car we can’t drive.

The idea of been bullied all day long, shuffled around to different departments like a ping pong ball to eventually end up furiously signing page after page of documents full of legal jargon without bothering to read the fine print or caring, because I just want to get the xxxx out of there! I dreaded it so much that by the time my trusty Tahoe limped into the dealership, it simply collapsed like a marathon runner after crossing the finish line and whispered, “it’s time, Lisa. I can see the light... Let me go for god’s sake!” 😵😂 I was nervous, hesitant and not looking forward to the day, but I had done my homework and was ready for battle. I knew what vehicle I wanted, was already approved for financing, wrangled up a down payment to show them I was serious and alerted the sales manager I was coming. I had even brought my father with me. A no-nonsense retired Naval Officer. As soon as I entered the Mercedes showroom, an Angel named Elizabeth Speers, welcomed us into her office. She took my hand and gently guided me throughout the process. I kept waiting for something to dampen my day; an evil Mercedes associate to pop out and ruin this pleasant experience, but IT NEVER HAPPENED! I stated my case to Elizabeth. She handed me and my father the keys to the Mercedes and told us to go test drive it, while she tried to meet my requests. When we returned a short time later she was ready to do business. Thirty minutes later I was on my way to lunch while the paperwork was being prepared. I next found myself in the finance department. I thought, “this is it. This is going to suck.” I was wrong. We signed paperwork with movie star gorgeous and very dapper, Jabin Smythe. I signed paperwork and we shared Seinfeld anecdotes and cracked up. It was quick and painless and the icing on the cake was a lower interest rate compared to what I managed with my bank. I finished my day with my new friend, Elizabeth Speers, whom took the time to show me what all of the buttons and dials did in my beautiful new Mercedes-Benz. That’s when I meet Todd, the Mercedes guru, whom made me feel confident that he’d have my back when issues arise in the future. Look, I did my homework prior to setting foot in the dealership. I could’ve gone to OKC, Tulsa, Dallas, but the biggest lure for me is the service they provide after the sale. Whenever I need maintenance, an associate will drive to my home, pick up my car, provide me with a loaner and deliver my serviced vehicle back to my home. I don’t even live in the same state! 🤯🤯🤯 Patterson has almost every brand of vehicle you could ever want. It’s like a Disney World for car buyers. Do your homework, put some comfortable shoes on and head to Patterson for your next vehicle purchase. And if you see Elizabeth, tell her the Naval Captain and Lisa sent ya! 😊
