Since I live 3.5 hours away, I had to rely completely on their word and the photos they sent me. **What They Promised:** - Texted "mint condition" - Sent selective photos hiding damage - Assured me there were no issues when I specifically asked **What I Actually Received:** - Extensive paint deterioration and rust formation across THE ENTIRE roof, hood, and trunk - One bad tire (told all tires were "good condition") - Non-working tire pressure monitoring system - Suspension needing replacement within a year **The paint damage is so severe that bare metal is showing and rust is forming. This is NOT normal wear - this is obvious damage that existed when they sold it to me.** **Deceptive Sales Practices:** - Made me pay the full $10,500 BEFORE allowing me to sign the contract - Deliberately took photos that hid the extensive roof/hood/trunk damage - Claimed "mint condition" while knowing about obvious paint failure - Discovered all issues within 24 hours of delivery **Financial Impact:** Professional estimates show $3,000-$5,000 needed to repair the paint damage they concealed. I specifically bought this car because I needed something reliable that wouldn't need immediate repairs. **This wasn't just poor disclosure - this was deliberate fraud.** The paint deterioration covers 50%+ of the vehicle's visible surfaces. Any honest inspection would have revealed this damage immediately. **I am currently pursuing resolution through legal channels and regulatory complaints.** **AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.** Their "mint condition" promise was worthless, and they use high-pressure tactics like demanding full payment before contract signing. Don't make the same mistake I did - inspect any vehicle thoroughly before purchase, because Mike Shaw Toyota cannot be trusted to honestly represent their inventory. **UPDATE: Dealer agreed to allow me to return the vehicle for a full refund**

It was received and answered timely, with a courtesy call from DEMARIO TAYLOR! WOW!!! I let him know I would be there after 2pm. He made a follow up call 15mins prior we confirmed we were still on. What a GREAT HUMAN BEING. Demario was as kind, receptive, informative, helpful, courteous, competent, knowledgeable, proficient, not pushy at all,(key) on the phone as he was in person. It was like working with a friend to meet a common goal. And I left with exactly what I needed, and asked for. On FEB. 7th 2025 I was traveling from Cotullia TX to Sweeney TX . My 2020 Chevy engine had fail. I made to the Chevy dealer. When i arrived to the dealer they tested my truck with the computer. It had 47 codes. They determined that the moter had failed. I call the company that had my Warranty on the truck. They ask for 4 videos and Vetrans chey sent it to them. The company did nothing to resolve the issue or pay for a new motor. I had to purchase a new truck . The guys in the service was very helpful and worked had to resolve the problem. I had to purchase a new Truck so i could go home. I would like to say thank you to all the employees that helped me get back on the road. I know this is where God sent me. I live in Michigan I bought a truck off the web going by the owners word what you Michigan your word is all you got apparently in Texas a man's word means nothing I bought a truck for $38,000 got it to Michigan there's no front drive shaft in it so it's not a four-wheel drive truck that they advertised cost me $600 for a drive shaft then in 2500 miles I've had to put almost $13,000 into it and they will not do nothing for me they took my money and run I bought the truck off the internet and when you do that you have nothing but the businesses word to go by and their word means nothing
