Dealing with Jonathan Diaz Assistant Service Manager was a breeze. I didn't like the fact that I called and left messages with other advisors to have Jonathan call me and messages were not being forwarded to him. After making contact with Jonathan the issue with my 2004.5 Dodge Ram 2500 was quickly diagnosed, parts department was contacted and looked up the part to find out the part I needed was no longer available from Mopar so we had to go with aftermarket. Located the correct part number and I ordered the part, which came in next day. Part was installed and truck is running like a champ. I recommend Jonathan for all you advisory needs when it comes to Dodge Chrysler Jeep and now Ram diagnoses. I was Greeted promptly by Jonathan and welcomed. I was called promptly and issues explained in detail, I was treated with the upmost respect and felt valued as a customer. Blake Fulenwider has done a fantastic job with his philosophy as to how customers are to be treated. I would recommend this dealership to have service work performed on a vehicle as my truck is 20 years old and still running strong. I believe a lot of times the Service Department in a dealership goes overlooked as to the work and performance that is put out by the employees within the Service Department. I would give this Service Department and Jonathan Diaz a rating of 10 out of 10!

Doesn't sell quality vehicles. My husband has purchased 3 vehicles from Abilene Used Car Sales and all of them are constantly in need of repair. The vehicles are taken to "their" repair shop and comes back with a new problem when we finally get it out the shop. This place needs to be investigated. Do your homework BEFORE you buy.

I STILL made my first payment and the insurance for that month cuz they made it sound like I'd atleast know what was wrong. They lied. I have to call numerous times in a day getting really upset because they say someone will call me back and Noone does. I want a refund. I don't trust them with my money no longer. I should've read the reviews before.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Don't ever get in house financing with these people. If you are military, dealers at Lynn Alexander will treat you like a sucker! I had limited credit experience. But they suckered me into in house financing with a 27% interest rate for a 5 year loan on a car that depreciated significantly after driving it off the lot! I didn't know anything about that stuff only that It was my first year in the military and had limited credit. They were more than willing to help xxxx me over!

This is, by far, the best car buying experience and I recomend Brad at Williams Group Auto to all my friends. He's made great deals for me and my wife, my mother, and also my neice. I'd definately buy here again because they have allot of great cars and trucks to choose from, Brad spends the time to help you in every way to lower the price of the car, get the best financing, and make sure your happy after the purchase. He gives cash to us for sending him business and we like that too. He's helped us make 2 car payments with cash we got on referrals and I know he appreciates his customers. He straight up when its about discussing payments and business, he works hard to find what we like and can afford. It took him a couple of weeks to finally get the deal with the right car but he actually called us back when they got what we wanted and even made suggestions on options with other cars he had while we were looking. I've never been an easy sale and I never intend on being easy to deal with when my moneys involved. Brad took the time to make our deal work for us and did exactly for us what we wanted even though we didn't buy on our first time to see him. Horrible experience!! Purchased a “Certified Vehicle”, in October 2022, took it to service department within a few days of purchase for noise on front end. Service department changed out driver side front hub. Took vehicle back in late November for more concerns. They kept my vehicle for 4 and months with no repairs done. Picked up vehicle in March with the same problems. It has been there longer than in my possession due to poor service department. Now vehicle is back in service for a/c compressor going out. Do not trust the “certified vehicle” program!!

My name is La'Toya Tolbert and I have been purchasing vehicles from All American Chevrolet for the past 8 years. Before I could buy them myself my parents purchased them for me. So combined I it has been a total of 15 years. EVERYTIME I had or wanted to get a vehicle from there if they did not have the one I wanted then one was brought in from another city for me. My latest purchase of a vehicle was November 21, 2011 from Justin McQueen. I was at the dealership in the service department on November 18th that morning and Justin came and said he had a vehicle for me to test drive. I liked the vehicle so I did some paperwork but nothing concrete just the "If I can get it at this payment would you take the vehicle" type of paperwork. Later on that evening my salesmen Justin called me saying he had GOOD NEWS!! He had worked out a deal and wanted to know if I approved of it. I was super excited that it was all happening so fast considering I had just test drove the vehicle earlier that morning. The payments were a bit higher than I would have wanted them to be but I felt I had to accept it due to my situation of my owned vehicle breaking down and costing thousands of dollars to repair it. But Justin and I talked and he worked it out and got my payments lower. I got WAY more for my trade-in than it was worth. I have only bought a vehicle from a different dealership once that wasn't the Chevrolet, Dodge or Honda lot. My parents Dexter & Venda Tolbert have been purchasing vehicles from the Chevrolet, Dodge and Honda dealerships for the past 18 years. The service is always wonderful and there is never a hassle. No one should have to accept anything they don't want to purchase. I have never had a problem plus my mother Venda Tolbert is the all time negotiator. If it doesn't look right she isn't going to accept it nor let you accept it either. My grandmother was a regular at another (un named dealership in town) but my mother told her to try the Honda lot. She purchased a vehicle from them and has said she will only buy her vehicles from then on from All American Chevrolet, Dodge & Honda lot. Justin was patient and friendly during the entire process. He is a excellent salesmen and I would recommend him to anyone. He doesn't pressure you into taking a vehicle and you aren't able to afford it or you don't like it. Justin works hard to find you the vehicle you like. All American Chevrolet is lucky to have such a hard working employee who is dedicated to satisfying the customer. The vehicle I have now was totally a blessing from God and I am so thankful God worked thru Justin to work out my amazing deal!! So if you are wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle go to All American Chevrolet and ask for Justin McQueen and he will work hard to find you the vehicle that is right for you!!
