Got a quote for a brake job on my Expedition from a shop in Encinitas because who's dumb enough to pay dealership prices? Shop quoted me $750 for front and rear brakes. I remembered I had a recall for my rear camera so I called No. Co. Ford and had them quote me too so I could maybe get the brakes and recall done at the same time despite knowing the dealership would charge me more for the brakes. No. Co. Ford came in $100 cheaper on the quote! When I went to pay, my service advisor Jim Goodine and technician Victor, told me I had 72% left on my front pads. So not only did the shop in Encinitas quote me $100 more for the job, they lied and told me I needed new front brakes. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you No. Co. Ford.

We took our truck in for electrical recall issues. They repaired them and upon getting our truck home our lights were staying on. Google said that this could be a problem with our battery. We replaced the battery and that battery went bad within a few hours. We returned to Perry Ford and they said our alternator had gone bad coincidentally. They replaced our alternator under extended warranty but when we picked up our truck the drivers side headlight had gone bad. When we complained to the service tech, he said we never check things that our customers don’t complain about. We took our car in for an electrical problem not a problem with the headlight. Why would we complain about a headlight that was working before we brought the truck in? The service tech said he could not get a headlight in until 8 days from today. He said not to worry, we can take the truck into the shop when we get to Texas at a new $100 deductible. He said he would waive the $100 if we bring the truck back with a s*** eating grin after he knew the truck would be out of state. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never return to Perry Ford.

She was pleasent to Work with. However the Service was not performed as I would expect. Tire pressure was to be checked and was not. Tire pressure at the front was 56,57 in the front. The back was 51,53 recommended pressure is 64 from the manufacturer.

He knew what to show me how my hybrid works while I was driving. The finance officer, Robert, a fellow Veteran, also showed me how my private financing was a better option than Ford’s own financing. This was something that could not wait until morning due to my wife having a Doctors appointment. early that morning. I discovered you were open until 7:30 PM and drove immediately to service in San Juan. Dorothy, your service agent not only got the necessary bulb for a cost of $3.93 but also replaced the burned out bulb in my suv.. I truly appreciate the extra mile she went and hope some recognition is given to this extraordinary women.
