Erick made buying my Camry a genuinely great experience. - Grasbergerjr

Erick made buying my Camry a genuinely great experience. He took my offer seriously from the start and worked hard to secure the deal — no runaround, no games. He clearly knew the vehicle inside and out and answered every question like a true professional. If you're shopping for a Toyota, skip the Carlsbad location and come see Erick at Mossy — you won't regret it.

Willy our salesman was great he helped us find the vehicle that we wanted and needed. He was straight forward, sure I traded down but I got what I needed also and will work for us well in the long run. I will gladly recommend Alexander Toyota to anyone if anyone shows an interest in buying a vehicle 🚗.

Fraudulent sales tactics. - vegito

Fraudulent sales tactics. They reach out to me after I take my car in for service, and offer me 24500, for my car as a trade in, and tell me I can go into another car with the same payment. I go in the next day and salesman george and manager Adam only offer me 20k and make me wait for 20 minutes, even after George told me he was working on my deal for over 2 hours. If you want to get scammed and robbed, buy a car from here, if you don't want to get scammed and robbed buy a car somewhere else.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Toyota - Unica0716

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Toyota Kearny Mesa. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership, only to discover it had mechanical issues and staining upon delivery — defects that are entirely unacceptable for a new car. I contacted the dealership requesting a vehicle replacement, as these are not issues that should be repaired on a brand new car — they warrant a full replacement. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with complete indifference. Manager Dona Lozano handled the situation in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, refusing to take any accountability or offer a reasonable resolution. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a dealership representing a reputable brand like Toyota. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice and explore other options before making such a significant financial investment.

I had the very best experience ever. - eirod63

I had the very best experience ever. I do not like working with dealerships for many reasons. But I did not have any issues. Everyone was so helpful. Leo was very helpful. I also recommended you to my sister. She is looking for a toyota. I hope she comes to visit you soon.

I had a great and positive experience purchasing a brand - Eduarda Rosa

I had a great and positive experience purchasing a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid with Toyota of Poway. From the start Alex was very attentive on the negotiation, after a lot of research I found out that only Toyota of Poway and another Toyota dealer in San Diego area are fair and honest with the price of the vehicle, they actually sell it for the advertised price (window sticker) without adding thousands of dollars on ad ons and junk fees that most dealers do illegally, not mentioning that I never felt any type of sales pressure whatsoever. The General Manager Michael was very kind and took the time to make sure my experience was going well. Toby Zachry the finance manager made the final steps of the process seamless and smooth and got me on my way in no time. He also was able to give me a great deal on an extended warranty package and alarm system. I highly recommend buying a car from this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. I am so glad I went to them. Thank You to the whole team at Toyota of Poway! You guys rock!

I sold my 2018 Lexus LS500 to I-10 Toyota. - chuck.sutter.7

I sold my 2018 Lexus LS500 to I-10 Toyota. The dealer had submitted a generous online quote for my car. I was helped by the Used Car Manager, Tommy Lacerra, as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The paperwork was quick and easy, and I had a check in my hand in a few minutes. Mr. Lacerra, and I-10 Toyota, honored their online quote without issue. I had a great experience with I-10 Toyota. Well done.

Custom Ordered Tundra - Cannon92227

When searching for my new Tundra I looked EVERYWHERE. The only dealership that was willing to order the truck for me and not charge an exorbitant amount was Rogers & Rogers Toyota. After ordering the truck I received a few phone calls with updates. Within a few weeks they had called to let me know the scheduled build date. Once the truck was built they gave me an ETA for arrival to the dealership. Within 60 days I hd my custom built truck parked in my driveway! These guys are awesome!
