This is my first purchase with Klaben and with Bo. Custom ordered a 2023 Bronco. Bo kept me up to date every step of the process even during the strike when there was not much to report. Everyone from Christine Klaben to Denise Miller in Finance was professional, fast and courteous. As an added bonus, on the day of delivery, my husband and I were talking with another couple who were picking up their Bronco as well and they asked if I was planning on getting a tire cover for mine. I told them that I was planning on it just hadn't picked one out. They offered up a brand new one they purchased for a Bronco they had previously they never put on. The couple happened to also be 2 employees of the dealership Mike ans Rhonda Cooney. They gave it to Bo the next day and we picked it up. Such a wonderful little gesture that meant a lot and goes a long way to show how dedicated this dealership is to its customers. More
