It was a pleasure working with Bailey and Shanice who helped educate me on all things Jeep when I hardly knew nothing on the brand but Jeep Wranglers has always been one of my dream vehicles. It is the second time that this store is a liar, the first time they sold me a new car and they never informed me that the car had an accident and this time I just bought a jeep 4 months ago I paid to c first time they sold me a new car and they never informed me that the car had an accident and this time I just bought a jeep 4 months ago I paid to change my seats for leather ones and until now they haven't called me I've been 3 times and they don't solve anything, that's a fraud I'm going to access if I can proceed legally More

Took our Jeep in for service. Got a quote with work that overlapped and asked the service rep if there was a reduction in price due to over lapping labor. Ask to speak to a manager, that was Friday( Eric, rep for car was out sick when calling in) stated I would receive a call. Never received a call from manager to this day ( week and a half later now). Called in a second time and second service guy understood the overlapping labor. Also asked him if the manager could call ( still no call). Received an auto email to trade car in. Went in on the 21st and walked the lot. Not one sales person came to the lot to great us. When walking in two sales people looked up and then walked outside. Asked for help. Gentleman walked out and came back in then finally grabbed Janice( Janice was awesome and tried to help). After looking at number and going home, Janice reached out and continued to follow up. Due to the bad experience with sales for the second time. We went to another dealership and bought a car for the second time. Eric in service and janice in sales are the only two people that tried to help us. The rest of the staff needs to be completely trained on how to handle customers. Along with your managers not reaching out to customers. More
