Best Service as usual. It was fast and minor repair issues were discussed with me after the oil change was done. We took our daughter's Jeep to Williamsons ( we also own a Honda Odysee) because we kno issues were discussed with me after the oil change was done. I took my CRV in to have it's first oil change, and to have the side mirror replaced. The mirror was ordered the day before, it came in on time, and was installed without any delays or problems whatsoever have the side mirror replaced. The mirror was ordered the day before, it came in on time, and was installed without any delays or problems whatsoever, AND my first oil change was free!!! I was also impressed with how clean the entire service area, including the service bays were, and they vacuumed out my CRV at no charge. Why can't all service departments be this clean and efficient?!! More

I brought my vehicle in for service and a tire replacement. The work was done quickly and everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone working in the service shop alwa replacement. The work was done quickly and everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone working in the service shop always treats me as if I was their only customer. They answer all of my questions and do the work perfectly everytime. I have been driving Honda's from this dealership for more than 10 years. I would recommend them to everyone that wants outstanding service and value from a car dealership. More

Lincoln is very fortunate to have a dealership like Williamson Honda. There is never any high pressure and the level of work is always top quality. I like the fact that you don't feel pressured at Williamson Honda. I was ready to leave and put some more thought into making the purchase, but Shane did a great job keeping me there. Service is always completed in a timely manner. I enjoy working with pleasant and knowledgeable people. This was my first visit to Williamson after purchasing my son's Honda; he always brought it to this dealer (from whom he bought it years before) and got good service. So I followed his example. Friendly, understanding and helpful service; good price on replacement key. Overall, I was pleased with the service - and the comfortable place to wait. Waiting time was no longer than I expected; they got to my car right away at the time of my appointment. More

I live over 20 minutes away from the dealership and needed to wait while the service on my Honda was performed. The wait was less time then they said and very much appreciate that.
