Klaben Ford Inc. Is a wonderful dealership. Rich Klaben runs a great company and has great people working for him such as Dave Mott in Sales, Mike Brandvold in the Service Department, Steve Workman in the runs a great company and has great people working for him such as Dave Mott in Sales, Mike Brandvold in the Service Department, Steve Workman in the Body Shop, Jennifer Bowen in Finance and all the other very professional and cordial employees at the dealership. Rich is a hands-on owner who always makes sure all customers are treated fairly and in a family manner. Our family has dealt exclusively with Rich and his folks at Klaben Ford for all of our automotive needs for many years and will continue to do so because of the great folks at the dealership, lead by Rich Klaben. The professionalism, customer service, and salesmenship is un matched. Louis was my Salesman and he was extremely knowlegable and patient when answering all 1,236 of my questions and never once did I feel is un matched.
