Unfortunately, I had to bring my vehicle in for repairs today and was helped by Jim Hudson. Jim met me on the service drive at my vehicle and was very prompt and knowledgeable. When the repairs on my vehicle were complete, he was very to the point on the phone of what was done to repair the problem and that the requested maintenance was completed. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a service advisor since I left the service drive myself 15 years ago. The only problem was that the wrong MPI was stapled to my invoice, but with a shared printer and the volume that goes through the shop, it is understandable how it could happen. My only other concern is we in north Lincoln are still waiting on the downtown/north Lincoln service Center we were promised when Williamson moved so far south. More
