Consumers! !! Don't even bother using this dealership's buy from home option. It's a total waste of time. They use a vehicle trade-in appraisal tool that is not !! Don't even bother using this dealership's buy from home option. It's a total waste of time. They use a vehicle trade-in appraisal tool that is not accurate and misleading. Dealt with Dave and Assistant Manager Karl Alvarez in which stated that he has been in the auto industry for 20+ years but couldn't answer some of the questions I had. More

What a wonderful experience it was stoping by Ferman BMW and getting the chance to meet the team. No matter who I dealt with it felt like I was in good hands.
