Toyota of Cleveland TN.092020. Was charged $842.61 for service at Toyota of Cleveland. . Driveability $63.99-The ABS and Traction control were flashing. They advised me to change my battery, and it ende service at Toyota of Cleveland. . Driveability $63.99-The ABS and Traction control were flashing. That I figured out this month August 2021.. $20.00 at O'Reilly auto parts which I fixed this year...not a low voltage problem. Steering suspension was charged $ 252.99, which should have been COVERED UNDER THE RECALL..because this is the second time repairing LEAF SPRINGS under RECALL at Toyota of Cleveland. They said it was the bed assembly lose. How much does it cost to torque 4 bolts to specs???..$60.00 per bolt!!!!!!!???!!!!A RECALL ISSUE THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR!!!. I sent my wife to this dealer where we bought the truck, and I thought I could trust them to take care of her without my presence, and yet they took advantage of her. When someone spits during Covid on their hand to wipe off the powder left on the hood after headlights were cleaned was and is very nasty..no car wash after being there from 9 a m.-and leaving at closing time, and no car was offered to my wife until approximately 3 p.m..after my wife walked across the hwy to get food. Leaving Bungee cords on passenger floor board is not acceptable, it should have been placed where they took it out of bed of truck. This was an awful experience for my wife. CAN'T TRUST TOYOTA OF CLEVELAND!!!. WILL NOT RETURN SINCE WE GOT CHARGED ON THE RECALL ON LEAF SPRINGS, AMONG WHAT I JUST WROTE. JAMES R. BECKLER. More
