So I was just checking kbb values on my car and I guess they sent my info to these guys. I told them that and the only I would even consider was a GR Corolla. Which prior to this I was never able to find or drive one. To my surprised they said yes come on in. The car was ready for me and everything went smoothly until pricing. I was already aware since covid they been add xx charges to all their cars but they also dont make up for that with their trade numbers. they offered me less then the offers i got and added 1400$ on their car. eventually they honored part of the online price but we were still about 1000-2000$ apart. No manger got involved and that happens alot here. They are usually atleast professional but the added charges and lack of desire to make a sale are deal breakers. I was hoping to finalize something since we werent too far off. But no follow up. PS note after i checked the insurance i foundout the gr corolla has an insanely high insurance rate. And i am 46 with clean license. More

I have bought one car from them over the years. Another Dutchess County dealer that is overpriced and just better to avoid. I knew they were marking up their new cars insanely high, but some of their used cars seemed ok. I find one like and they gave me the numbers and I was like xxx this doesn’t add up. SURPRISE THEY ARE ADDING A 1400$ “protection” package to all used cars! And they won’t remove it! The best I could do was get it down to 900$ so now that makes my trade worth 900$ less in reality. So when factoring that in they were offering me about 2000$ less for my car than most dealers. They would not budge and this lost them the sale. Not as bad as some dealers around here. But their prices are def horrible. More
