I’ve always taken my vehicles to Klaben to be serviced and every time Mario is helpful and knowledgeable about the services I am or need to get done. I had a problem with a locked up brake caliper. Michael Van Hoose was able to get the repairs covered under the recently expired powertrain warranty. They also did a re-inspection of the door latch recall Van Hoose was able to get the repairs covered under the recently expired powertrain warranty. They also did a re-inspection of the door latch recall repair to make sure every was working properly. A customer satisfaction program item (Door Lock actuator) was replaced due to intermittent failure. Mario Palomba kept me up to date on status. More
