BMW does not get their recognition just by the name. It’s by all the employees from the sales department the accounting department and the service department are the ones that make up BMW.. an example o It’s by all the employees from the sales department the accounting department and the service department are the ones that make up BMW.. an example of this is Brittany in the service department. This is the new benchmark! The entire team that I worked with did an amazing job of handling all aspects of this transaction. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase or my decision to purchase from Nez (good luck finding something he doesn't know about these amazing, complicated vehicles) and his colleagues. Dirk was able to quickly understand what I already knew, and what I didn't about the operation of all of the new interfaces and systems. He was really fun to spend time with. Alan and Nez perfectly navigated one or two potential pitfalls (not expected when buying a used vehicle) with resolutions that were fair to both parties. The whole process was fast, fair, and fun. I sincerely enjoyed it all the way through. I have scheduled my first service with BMW of Westlake and now look forward to that. Thank you Nez, Dirk, Alan and Mike! Customer service is alive and is thriving at BMW of Westlake!
