I started in 1974 washing cars and thereafter filled many positions and assumed added responsibilities within the Klaben Auto Group prior to attaining my current leadership position. With the guidance and mentoring I received from my Father, Al Klaben Sr., I have remained true to the core principles upon which our business was founded. Like all the people, all phases, but it takes to long for the process to conclude. We had appointment to close deal after deciding on a car 2 days before and it still took 2 hours, 1:45 to 3:45. We have been Klaben customers for many years. Rich Klaben runs an excellent dealership and has the highest quality of professional employees working in the dealership. We have purchased many new vehicles fro runs an excellent dealership and has the highest quality of professional employees working in the dealership. We have purchased many new vehicles from Rich and will continue to do so in the future. We work with Dave Mott in Sales and Mike Brandvold in the Service Department and both are excellent. This is the first time we have had a reason to work with the Klaben Bodyshop and to work with Steve Workman. Steve is a very knowledgeable professional and an absolute pleasure to work with, just as we have found in all cases with all employees, at Klaben. Needless to say we will continue to be Klaben customers exclusively for all of our vehicle purchases and service needs. We highly recommend Klaben to all. More
