Excellent and professional service We have had nothing but great service with the Klaben family. Starting with our lifetime car salesperson JT who always does whatevt necessary to get We have had nothing but great service with the Klaben family. Starting with our lifetime car salesperson JT who always does whatevt necessary to get us something we like with prices within our budget. He has also introduced us to Nate who we will be dealing with I'm the future and has been very thorough with everything setting is up so we were all prepared when we picked up our vehicles. Many thanks to Rich Klaben for making us an offer we couldn't refuse and to his daughter who took care of all the paperwork, she was very pleasant. Thanks again for top notch service that we will continue going back to year after year! More

Incredible leasing experience!! It started with my son. He had just flipped from a Fusion lease to an F-150 lease. When I saw the app on his iPhone last Saturday where he could st It started with my son. He had just flipped from a Fusion lease to an F-150 lease. When I saw the app on his iPhone last Saturday where he could start/lock/unlock the vehicle from anywhere I wanted it. So he called Rich Klaben and on Thursday we met with Chris Volk who helped us test drive and today(Saturday) he sat patiently with us to explain all the features and we drove out with two 2019 Fusion Hybrid’s. Everyone was great. And I mean everyone. Even guys who weren’t part of our deal were friendly and helpful. Denise in Finance was great and fast! Handled lease paperwork for two vehicles efficiently and quickly. Rich came down and shook our hands and welcomed us to the Ford family. Class act and a class dealership! Thanks to everyone!
