I was only "window shopping" for my dream car, a jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Terrible DON’T purchase from them...We purchased a big horn put 9000$ down on it and traded a 2015 Chrysler with it in September. The finance person Steve lies to customers, they don’t notify you if they horn put 9000$ down on it and traded a 2015 Chrysler with it in September. The finance person Steve lies to customers, they don’t notify you if they decide NOT to give you up grades Steve said in the final deal you make with them. The Company doesn’t do or provide what they advertise. The truck wasn’t detailed upon delivery at night, there are scratches around the truck, that we notified them about the next day, and took pics and sent with notification, the protector strip on the D/S door is coming off. They don’t keep their word, instead they tell you no problem, we will call you and DON’T, they have yet to give us ANY let me say NOT a piece paperwork that we signed contractually. This is terrible customer service!!! I am upset with this company with the way they run this business and they evade giving you contact information to speak with higher ups to try to resolve anything! I will post this on social media, I will call the MAADA and file a grievance against them, I will contact HARRY with 46 news. With the amount of money paid for it. I should be able to expect what is and was agreed upon!!!!!! More
