Everything was great except for how long the process took. Also I didn't like how after I signed the paperwork the the first truck I wasn't able to purchase it because it didn't past inspection. It was the worst experience I ever had in purchasing a vehicle they got all the numbers wrong with the negotiating table when I got to the finance portion of the deal they had the wrong payoff for my curr vehicle they got all the numbers wrong with the negotiating table when I got to the finance portion of the deal they had the wrong payoff for my current vehicle and the wrong down payment expectation and try to pass the blame on to me when I clearly gave them all the proper information I have reached out to the general manager and manager with no response I was promised 90 daysAnd they took that away once I was home it was literally the worst experience I ever had and the worst customer service from the sales person to the finance person all the way down to the floor up to the general manager. There are not enough words to put the experience that I went through just to buy a car none of this was my only doing it is obvious to me there is a horrible culture that is being cultivated within that business if the problems that I started from the first person that I dealt with to the last person I am still waiting for someone from upper management to reach out to me this has yet to happenMy last email was sent on June 17 still no response. More

Great experience with Matt Mazza. He respected my straightforward requirements to simply get best possible trade value and lowest doable amt on truck price. Only negative was the long wait to GET to the finance guy. After we did tho Eric continued the very respectful treatment. As I explained to all there, from the very kind Kea ( intake) through Eric, we are low BS people. We just wanted the best deal without us feeling like we went 10 rds with Tyson. I came to Rick Hendrick because u had models we were interested inAND because my prior dealer let me down a bit in my quest for the type of truck we were seeking. I BOUGHT the truck because I liked and most importantly TRUSTED Mr Mazza to take care of us. He’s a class act young man. PS Woulda been nice if ur water fridge had some bottled water. The sign said for svc and sales customers but alas it twas empty and the cooler sensor cup filler was not cold. I can survive the last item for the good deal and stellar experience we received.
