Time for service on my 18 f250 came all the way from Florida to have Klaben service my vehicle! Mike Brandvold is my advisor been so for over 20 years trust him with all the family vehicles. Truck need a few things done extended warranty covered some but then the bad news new front brakes that was an ouch. Mike was able to put lifetime pads on and was a special so he was fantastic. Eric Chapman is who I like to work on my truck known him as long as Mike. With saying that if Mike says someone who is more schooled in something all the techs I trust. Sean Bradford manager is great guy to work with also. Went over to sales to say high Christine Klaben and momma got a new car, but that’s another story. More

I was told back in January that my water pump was going to need replaced sooner than later. When I had my car in on Monday, they told me it was starting to leak. The Team really knows my car and driving habits, so they're always looking out for my safety. It's cheaper to address the problem when it's small instead of letting it get to a bigger, more costly repair/replacement. I trust them with my car. More

Great service department. My advisor, Mike, was with another guest and Sean stepped right in to get me started. Mike came back and finished the check in process throughly and My advisor, Mike, was with another guest and Sean stepped right in to get me started. Mike came back and finished the check in process throughly and quickly. We did a check of the vehicle together and he made sure all my questions were answered. I had concerns of intermintent brake noise they could not duplicate while I was there. Tom, the service manager, made sure to go on a test drive with me before the paperwork was completed to ensure my concern was addressed and there was no other issues.
