So thankful for Mike Brandvold in the service center who went above and beyond to process the warranty claim for my expedition. He handled the very challenging process very professionally and stayed persist went above and beyond to process the warranty claim for my expedition. Couldn’t ask for better service for diagnosing my noise concern. Even though it was covered under my ESP plan Klaben Service Dept still went above & beyond exceptional service including finding & repairing concern. Even though it was covered under my ESP plan Klaben Service Dept still went above & beyond exceptional service including finding & repairing other issue that they saw that I was not aware of. So nice in this day & age to still have a company who takes pride & concern in treating the customer right. I always have peace of mind that the work is done right! Thank you! More
