I brought my car in for some recall work to be done and a couple of other issues were found. One of them involved a part that was just replaced by a third party repair shop weeks earlier. Instead of just charging me for the repair and saying that’s the breaks, Brittany followed up with the repair shop and then with BMW to get the part warranties, thereby saving me a good deal of money.
