I would like to tell you how great my salesman, Roy Souza, of Toyota of Melbourne has been to me. I was in a situation to find a used car before my lease was up. I have always leased my cars with Roy but now it was time to purchase a used car. I used to live in Melbourne but moved to central Florida some time ago but always got the best deal with Roy. Just this past week, I drove a few hours to see a car that Roy found for me but when I got there, it wasn’t what I really liked. But Roy, knowing that I needed to find something, was able to get me a much better car for less money. Roy has always gone out of his way to satisfy his customers. Monica Balley was extremely helpful. She was cheerful and just made me feel good.
