I would enthusiastically recommend working with them on any vehicle purchase. They made a couple of improvements to the vehicle that I had requested, which wasn’t inexpensive, and the purchase price of the vehicle wasn’t increased. It’s a first class organization!

This is the 4th BMW that I have purchased and the experience with their team was probably the smoothest. They even were able to make a last minute request for my wheels to happen right before the dealership closed. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Mike in Finance was also wonderful! I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Rob, Garrett, and Mike!

Updated Review — From Frustrating Start to Excellent Experience! After a rocky start, this dealership completely turned things around and delivered an exceptional experience. I originally came in to purchase a 2025 Hummer in September. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the salesperson and finance manager was disappointing — communication broke down, and the process felt misleading & dishonest. However, after raising my concerns, the General Manager, Miles, personally reached out to me. Miles was upfront and truthful about what went wrong, which I truly appreciated. Rather than making excuses, he took full ownership and focused on finding a fair, professional resolution. He not only made things right but went above and beyond to ensure the rest of the process was smooth and enjoyable. The transaction became completely seamless — he even arranged to have the vehicle delivered directly to my home. It’s rare in sales to see someone take accountability and rebuild trust after a bad experience, but Miles did exactly that.
