Our sales person Jamile Rodriguez was extremely knowledgeable with the Honda vehicles. It was inspiring to see a young women in this domain that is predominantly handled by men. Jamile answered all of our questions. Always had a smile. Route 23 Honda is very lucky to have an employee like Jamile. I would highly recommend her.

This place is really nice. Everybody we dealt with seemed honest and low pressure. Gene Joseph was the best sales person I have ever worked with. He was honest, low pressure and knowledgeable. He let the car sell itself without any agenda, he was upfront, no hidden anything. Darwish at finance was great too. The whole experience was great, I have already recommended them to others and I just got my car yesterday.

This is my 3rd card getting from them all my families got cars from them we never have any problem. But until now my husband crv was stolen. When we called the insurance company said the we do not have full cover. Crv 2025 we no full cover and the dealer gave us with out a full cover ( lease) was in shock why because they was the one who did that for my husband. Only that one did not have full cover the one has. My complain is why the Honda does not want to help us. How they gave us a new car without full cover (lease car) now we are responsible they are so friendly when you in the dealer trying to sale a car but when you have problems nobody know anything.
