I will not allow how I feel about my experience with one employee, Scott Clark, to ruin the attention and concern that Christian has taken to make sure that my purchase has gone smooth. After speaking with Scott while Cameron A. was helping me I was ready to walk away, even told my dad, "I am on my way home". Christian approached me because he remembered me before. And to my surprise I left with a vehicle. I have had some issues since my purchase and Christian has been open, honest and upfront on how he plans to make sure everything will be handled. I appreciate the response to text messages and even phone calls on what I believe is his personal cell. I bought my last car there, and so did my daughter. If we can get this one issue that's MAJOR to me but I am sure minor to the dealership fixed I will be beyond excited about my new SUV. I would send anyone who asked me about a Kia to see Christian. Hands down!
