I've always had a really good experience. Klaus, as always, was very helpful. However, this time, I had two issues. The first being: I was stunned that a $5000 problem could stem from a blocked cowl drain. This is a really high end car -- and this is a serious design flaw. Why is there no debris screen over that tiny drain? I actually put one in myself. 2: I was a little taken aback when Volvo didn't provide a loaner. With this much expense and inconvenience, extending that courtesy would have really gone a long way towards dealer appreciation.

The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

Ken Grody Ford is the best place to buy a vehicle! I had an experience that I have never had at other dealerships. Angel Cruz in sales introduced himself to me and explained differences between the ford explorer line and st version. He told me about how the 2025 new models were clearanced $10,000 cheaper(Good deal). But I chose 2026 and Mr. Cruz (Angel) had the color that I wanted brought over with everything I wanted in it! He had it washed and showed me the fabulous, astronomically expensive service area! (Really impressive) I was introduced to Anthony Azurduy (Finance Manager) who was nice, professional, and fast! He was able to bring the interest rate even lower! Purchased a 10 year warranty for a fair price! They made a little money, but I saved alot overall! Everyone there is like a family and you leave feeling like your part of the family. Just for the experience I would recommend going there to see what good deals they have to offer! You won't regret it and I will definitely be back to Orange County Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park.
