I asked service tech to retain the tires I was having replaced. They did not and could not retrieve them within hours after replacement They were still good tires and I needed them for another car. Unhappy with customer service in getting my new vehicle. Appointment made for 1:30pm was finally seen at 3pm. Internet was down so had to wait 30 minutes to make payment. Salesperson handed me the keys with Appointment made for 1:30pm was finally seen at 3pm. Internet was down so had to wait 30 minutes to make payment. Salesperson handed me the keys with ZERO explanation of car amenities. Had to return 4 days later as I could connect my phone to vehicle (no instructions in handbook) and no instruction from salesperson. Poor poor service!!!! More
