Although Tim works at the Ford store, he found a vehicle for me in my budget across the street at the Klaben CDDR store. He recommended and let me take a long test drive in a Wagoneer S Launch Edition. I had some apprehension in going with an EV at first, however I slowly fell in love with this vehicle. It's Jeep's equivalent to a Model Y but with a more luxurious interior and refined suspension. It's quick too! To my surprise Tim Sterling knew everything about this vehicle and it's many buttons. Tim does not pressure you into buying a vehicle. He wants to make sure this what you want. I would also like to give a huge shoutout to the managers at the Klaben CDJR store both Steve and Tim. These gentleman took good care of me as well pre and post sale. In my years in leasing vehicles this is the fastest buying experience once I settled on a vehicle. Joe even followed up a couple of days later to check on the car’s performance, which speaks volumes about the level of care Klaben provides. Having purchased several vehicles from Klaben dealerships since the 1980s, I’ve witnessed impressive strides in both customer service and sales.
