Since the beginning stages of looking into purchasing a new vehicle all the way to signing and making the deal. It was such a great experience and smooth process. These guys really know how to take pride in their jobs and really take care of their customers. I am really impressed with their knowledge in the vehicle as well as answering any questions needed. They went beyond and even helped me adjust me seat and make sure I left knowing what options came with the vehicle.

Came in for an issue on my Cadillac ATS-V that no one prior could seem to pinpoint. The service director handed me off to Britt Rivington. Britt was great with communication and would follow up with me every few days to let me know what they have found and to relay info between myself and the tech. He would also keep me looped in on the status of incoming parts, and give me pretty realistic ETAs. Overall, the whole repair took a bit longer than anticipated, but working with Britt made it quite easy and assuring with his frequent contact. My car is back now and running like new, couldn't be more satisfied!

Figures do not lie but figurers do - Figures do not lie but figurers do
The General Manager Wade Matheson flat out lied about my trade in value by 150% mark-up upon resale. This is after a prolonged argument about the matter at the dealership.
Repairs to be done to the used Buick he sold me and commented on BBB site he would satisfy never were done. A check issuance was never received that left me $375.00 in the hole on scheduled fixes to the car.
They marked up the Buick they bought used from a widow in a retirement home by $3000 (I contacted her)
All total this dealership screwed me out of $3,375 on a car that was overpriced, in need of fixes, and misrepresented my trade-in value.

I recently bought a used Truck from this dealership. I like the truck and the salesperson was good and patient. However, when I got to finance, I was told they needed to upgrade the car alarm. It was made to sound like it was a house issue that they would take care of. I looked at the contract and found out they charged me almost $1200 for a horrible $85 KARR alarm system. I went back to the dealership to dispute the charge, and have been waiting 1.5 hours so far for the financial manager to show up. I would not recommend this dealership, because no matter how nice the salespeople are, in the end, it is the financing that matters most, and I would not trust this finance manager. As much as I like the Truck, this has cast a dark cloud over the whole experience now. Finally, after the regional finance manager came in to the store and the original financing manager showed up a couple hours later, the matter was resolved. The almost $1200 Charge was taken out and the purchase contract redone. During the time though, he continued to try to get me to accept the Car Alarm lying to me in the process. Lastly, the environment of the dealership greatly leaves something to be desired. It is not cozy, but rather sterile and lacks any real comforts for the extended waits of the customers. My suggestion: Go some other place else if you can, or be very weary of the financing manager.
Harassement - Bad management
We have a complicated complaint with this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle, financed it through our out of state bank and were called by the finance department a week later to say the financing had not gone through. Contacting our bank we found this dealership had not done the paperwork that the bank requested. The salesperson called us minutes later to harass us about our credit scores, their trust in us being misplaced, whom we had talked to at our bank, what was their number and our account information on and on leaving us feeling bewildered. He said,"I know who I talk to in our banks finance department, Debbie! You dont know who you talked to??" Only to find out minutes later that this dealerships fax machine was broken, and they had not received the necessary paperwork. So the problem of financing was all THEIR error not ours. The appology we asked for from the salesperson for his rudness and disrespect was not forthcoming. We had already put over $600 out of pocket on this vehicle for tires, oil and filter change, detailing, new headlights, etc.
I highly recommend using ANY other dealership than this one.
HiThis happened on my way home from Phoenix to Alberta... - guy123369
This happened on my way home from Phoenix to Alberta and why I would consider NOT purchasing another GM product.
I blame the GMC Buick dealership in Flagstaff for not acting more on behalf of the customer and fast tracking the part from Reno to Flagstaff.
The following is a list or reasons why I feel General Motors needs to bare the expense incurred in this situation, the failure of the turbocharger cooling tube.
The part which failed was not available at the Flagstaff dealership and was only available from the parts warehouse in Reno Nevada.
We offered several times to pay the expense to expedited the shipping of the part to the Flagstaff dealership from the GM parts warehouse in Reno by air, FedEx, Purolator or DHL. The Flagstaff dealer and GM turned us down three times.
GM was not able to track the part from the GM parts warehouse in Reno and were not able to give us a clear delivery date. The part did not arrive until 13 days after it was ordered. Had we known the part would be in Flagstaff on a specific date we would have stayed in Flagstaff until the part arrived and the truck was fixed. As it was the dealership could not tell us when it would be there.
This vehicle is under full warranty and only has less than 10,000 miles (13890 kms).
Here is a summary of events leading up to these excessive expenses.
On March 17 this year, my wife and I were driving home back to Canada from Phoenix, Arizona.
We were 20 miles south of Page, Arizona when the charger cooler tube on the turbo unit failed.
We called AAA and had the truck and our trailer towed back to the nearest GM dealership, which was in Flagstaff.
We met with the Service Advisor the next day, Wednesday March 18, and by 11 am the part was found at the GM parts depot in Reno Nevada and would be at the Flagstaff dealership 6 days later on Monday March 23.
Because we were concerned the Canada/US border was closing, and with the excessive amount of time it was going to take to ship the part to the dealer, we offered several times to pay for the expense to expedited the shipping of the part to the Flagstaff dealership from the GM parts warehouse in Reno by air, FedEx, Purolator or DHL.
GM said they could and would not do this and turned us down three times.
Please note Reno is just over 700 miles (1132 kms) from Flagstaff.
The parts did not arrive on Monday March 23.
Again we met again with the Service Manager but we were told the parts would not arrive until Wednesday March 25.
On Wednesday March 25 the parts did not arrive.
The Flagstaff dealership said the parts were some where between Reno and Flagstaff and that GM did not have the ability to track any parts.
They said the parts may arrive Monday March 30.
At this point we decided to rent a truck ($2000 US) and tow our trailer back to Canada. Again both the US and Canadian Governments were threating to close the borders.
We left Thursday morning March 26 after stopping by the dealership one last time to see if the parts had arrived.
The part still had not arrived.
The parts finally arrived Monday March 30, 13 days after the parts were ordered and the truck was repaired within 2 hours on Tuesday March 31.
Because the border between Canada and US now remains closed, the only way I could get the truck back to Canada was to have it shipped back by a commercial transport company.
The Flagstaff dealership said GM might offer to pay for the transport of the truck between Flagstaff and Great Falls Montana.
I offered to pay for the remaining transport between Great Falls and Calgary.
Again GM declined.
My total bill to transport the truck from the Flagstaff dealership to Lethbridge Canada was $1350 US, ($1995 Can).
Cole International’s charges for inter-border documents was $150 Can.
So I have spent over $5000 Canadian on a part that maybe worth $100 all because GM didn’t have the required part at the dealership, could not track the part from their warehouse in Reno and give us a clear delivery date, and would not let us pay to have the part fast-tracked from the warehouse in Reno to the dealership in Flagstaff.
I finally picked up my truck today May 11, 2020 from the Davis GMC dealership in Lethbridge.
Taylor Transport out of Great Falls Montana were awesome.
GM Customer Service Canada offered to pay $2600 CAD towards the cost of the rental truck.
I haven’t heard anything from GM USA or the GMCBuick dealership in Flagstaff.
CREDIT THIEVES - Fordy
CREDIT THIEVES!!!!!!!!!! This establishment has to be a joke. They call it the Steve Coury FAMILY Automotive. It should be renamed to Steve Coury we don't care about you and your family automotive. So my husband and I were purchasing a used truck and we decided to trade in our 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T this was in July. Well a week later we saw the Sonata that we traded in driving around town, well looked what popped up in the mail in August a bill for the Sonata. We called Hyundai finance and told them we traded it into Steve Coury dealership called Steve Coury and they said they sent a check. The next month September came along and we got another bill we called again and said we did not have the car also called Steve Coury again they said they sent a check. The next month October rolled around and guess what another bill once again called the finance company and Steve Coury. I had to drive down to Steve Coury with the repossession bill (on a car we didn't have anymore) and show them that the car had not been paid off and my husband's credit was on the line. The car did not get paid off until October 21st. They said don't worry his credit won't get hurt well guess what his credit went from an 800 down to a 602. We just recently purchased another vehicle from a different dealership and they told my husband that he was a high risk loan because he let the Sonata fall behind (when we didn't even have it). Now with our new car we have to pay an extra $2000 in interest because Steve Coury did not fulfill the obligation on time because that dealership has NO MONEY. I went to Steve Coury with all this information i.e credit report and all the bill's from Hyundai motor saying we were behind and the SALES MANAGER Greg Ray sent me away and said he could not help me on a problem that they caused. I had initially contacted a GM by the name Shad Leblanc and he said he would look into this and go figure he never called me back. SHAME SHAME on that so called business wrecking peoples credit then not doing anything about it. They are really nice to your face when you want to buy a car but if something goes wrong watch out cause they are your worst enemy. Please take it from me DO NOT go there it will be the worst experience you will ever have. Usually a lot of people buy car's to fix their credit this place will just damage it and not do anything about it. If only we had been warned ahead of time. This is my warning to all of you.
