I went into Coulter Cadillac, located in Tempe, Arizona with a friend looking at small SUV’s. Dan Boardman met us quickly in front of the dealership. Dan showed us the differences in the XT4, XT5 and XT6 vehicles. Once I decided the XT5 would be the best sized vehicle for me, Dan took us on a short test drive and showed us all the XT5. We left that day and I went home to speak with my husband about the XT5. Went into the dealership again a few days later and Dan explained everything again in a patient and pleasant manner. Went home to think again and then returned to the dealership and purchased the XT5 with the assistance of mark Turner. Efficient, professional and good customer service. Thank you

Finance manager is a bold liar - sammywham
The worst car buying experience I have ever gone through. The finance manager flat out lied and continued to lie through the conversation I had with him and the sales manager after my sale. He sold me on the additional protection plan, extended coverage and gap insurance. Upon deliver of the vehicle when they ran the car through the car wash it shattered the sunroof. I was unable to take deliver of the vehicle that day and they gave me a loaner which barely had any gas and soon as I took it off of the lot the low tire pressure indicators came on. Within 3 days of signing I had left 2 voicemail messages with the finance manager to remove all the add on's from my loan and had asked him to return my call to verify. He never returned my calls that week. The following week I called again and left 2 additional voicemail messages for a total of 4, which he did not return any of my calls. I finally got a hold of him before my vehicle was delivered to my home and he said he took everything off my loan and I was good to go and I just needed to resign the new papers. When my vehicle got delivered he added 2% on to my APR. I had left messages for the general manager to call me. He never did. I called again and again and they connected me with the sales manager and finance manager. The amount of BS the finance manager spewed was unbelievable. When I originally signed with him he said I could refinance somewhere else for a better rate he just asked that I keep the loan through them for 4 months. Over the phone he lied about returning my calls and completely dominated the conversation and acted like he had no recollection of his prior conversations with me when I was in the dealership. RUN AWAY from this dealership! I can keep going on and on about everything that went wrong with this sale but I will just stop and warn anyone about the poor customer service experience. Go somewhere else to purchase your vehicles and save yourself from the headache.

On my way to GA my Chevy Silverado needed a warranty part replaced. This was going to take several days to fix so I rented a vehicle so I could continue my emergency trip to GA. The rental was much smaller then my truck and I had to leave behind my portable home office. This was in the locked bed. When my niece picked up my truck after repairs all my computer stuff was taken only leaving behind my table and chairs. No one except the technicians would know that I had things in my truck bed. The GM who's name is Rich Beecroft was not helpful or empathetic at all. he would only reply via text message and basically sent over a generic waiver. I would NOT recommend anyone to go to this location and hope and pray that no one ever breaks down and has to use them. If I could rate the level of service I received a zero I would.
Harassement - Bad management
We have a complicated complaint with this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle, financed it through our out of state bank and were called by the finance department a week later to say the financing had not gone through. Contacting our bank we found this dealership had not done the paperwork that the bank requested. The salesperson called us minutes later to harass us about our credit scores, their trust in us being misplaced, whom we had talked to at our bank, what was their number and our account information on and on leaving us feeling bewildered. He said,"I know who I talk to in our banks finance department, Debbie! You dont know who you talked to??" Only to find out minutes later that this dealerships fax machine was broken, and they had not received the necessary paperwork. So the problem of financing was all THEIR error not ours. The appology we asked for from the salesperson for his rudness and disrespect was not forthcoming. We had already put over $600 out of pocket on this vehicle for tires, oil and filter change, detailing, new headlights,etc.
I highly recommend using ANY other dealership than this one.

CREDIT THIEVES - Fordy
CREDIT THIEVES!!!!!!!!!! This establishment has to be a joke. They call it the Steve Coury FAMILY Automotive. It should be renamed to Steve Coury we don't care about you and your family automotive. So my husband and I were purchasing a used truck and we decided to trade in our 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T this was in July. Well a week later we saw the Sonata that we traded in driving around town, well looked what popped up in the mail in August a bill for the Sonata. We called Hyundai finance and told them we traded it into Steve Coury dealership called Steve Coury and they said they sent a check. The next month September came along and we got another bill we called again and said we did not have the car also called Steve Coury again they said they sent a check. The next month October rolled around and guess what another bill once again called the finance company and Steve Coury. I had to drive down to Steve Coury with the repossession bill (on a car we didn't have anymore) and show them that the car had not been paid off and my husband's credit was on the line. The car did not get paid off until October 21st. They said don't worry his credit won't get hurt well guess what his credit went from an 800 down to a 602. We just recently purchased another vehicle from a different dealership and they told my husband that he was a high risk loan because he let the Sonata fall behind (when we didn't even have it). Now with our new car we have to pay an extra $2000 in interest because Steve Coury did not fulfill the obligation on time because that dealership has NO MONEY. I went to Steve Coury with all this information i.e credit report and all the bill's from Hyundai motor saying we were behind and the SALES MANAGER Greg Ray sent me away and said he could not help me on a problem that they caused. I had initially contacted a GM by the name Shad Leblanc and he said he would look into this and go figure he never called me back. SHAME SHAME on that so called business wrecking peoples credit then not doing anything about it. They are really nice to your face when you want to buy a car but if something goes wrong watch out cause they are your worst enemy. Please take it from me DO NOT go there it will be the worst experience you will ever have. Usually a lot of people buy car's to fix their credit this place will just damage it and not do anything about it. If only we had been warned ahead of time. This is my warning to all of you.
