He listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a better, newer Jeep than what I was finding elsewhere. Surf went to his manager Tony and was able to get me a lot closer to where I wanted to be, but got me a great deal on a Jeep I absolutely love. Given the start of my journey, it was great to have it end the way it did.

I wasn’t able to go the next day to pick it up, so they delivered it to our home on Carmel. They beat Seaside an Salinas lease deals and were much much more pleasant and responsive.

I have dealt with John and Norman in service for my 2022 Chrysler 300 Limited and everything has been done right. On the sale side, my purchase was easy and they even delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife with a red bow for her to take pictures in our driveway which was a special touch and certainly very appreciative as I did not asked for that but I let it be known it was for her so that was nice. I have purchased several cars fom Pearson Buick. I always bring my Buicks to Pearsn for repairs because I know the job is done right. John Yabara in the service department took great care of my last Buick LaCross such that it looked new after 10 years of lots of miles. I just bought a new Verano and John Gautreau and Jim Sanchez in sales were the best at getting me through the training on all the new features, I'm going to love this car just as I did the last ones. The service was excellent. My only concern is that the manufacturer.(jeep) has left me with a sour taste. The vehicle just shut down if it was on the freeway, I’d probably be dead. Every mile and a half it would turn off with no power. They say it was a software problem. Well, what is Jeep going to do about this to all these customers who have this problem now that we’re afraid to drive these xxxx cars Jeep needs to step up and take care of its existing customers whether there will be a class action suit against them and they deserve everything they get a software update. Turns off your car while you’re driving luckily we were only going 50 and we were able to get it off the road but the dealership handled the problem. The factory needs to man up and compensate. It’s loyal customers wider isn’t a class action suit against Jeep. I don’t know. Maybe it’s something to look into but the dealership did their job.

This is a big shiny dealership. My salesperson was very nice. But I wasn't happy that they failed to do a smog check on the vehicle I bought. I was not happy that they failed to get a factory recall taken care of before selling the vehicle. The sales manager offered us lunch or dinner to make up for the inconvenience to me, and to reimburse me for the smog check. They did reimburse me for lunch and smog check, however there was confusion about it. I drove to Canoga Park to get reimbursed, and apparently, they had mailed me the checks. So, I wasted my time. It was very nice to be offered lunch and reimbursement, but I would have preferred not to have to fix the recall and get the smog check.
