No appt had an emergency issue with an oil leak on my recent used car purchase of a 2016 Beetle. Met Antonio Vera and explained my situation. He listened carefully and understood the assignment. He was able to get one of his top technicians to identify the issue. He knew that I would have to take the car back to the selling dealer, he wanted to do the best thing for me, knowing it wasn't going to be fixed there. I am a loyal customer and will be back for regular maintenance soon. Good people are hard to come by, so Tracy VW keep him happy!

I am writing this review specifically for Mike Tinsley, the Service Manager at Aaron Ford Escondido. I have had trouble with other less attentive Service Managers here before. However, Mike was extremely helpful and attentive to the utmost degree. He treated my car troubles like his own. Provided solutions to my truck trouble and worked with the third party extended warranty company to have my service fully covered by them. The team fixed and left my truck in great condition. Could not have asked for a better Service Manager!

I scheduled online 2018 Crosstrek for a Saturday to have a 4 wheel alignment, had to reschedule for earlier date, no problem got in a day early, Maria Victoria cheerfully checked me in for a drop off, I was quoted a greater deal and went off with a smile, I appreciated the in progress text message of technician working on my Sub, I received a complimentary car wash which is such a great added value for something less on my to do list. My car was ready in the time estimated. Maria victoria checked me out at quoted price. Drove 100 miles, vehicle handles predictably and responds accurately, smoother ride , enhancing my overall driving comfort. Note: I would have liked a copy to see the printout specifications / adjustments none provided. Overall Maria Victoria was very professional, courteous and friendly.
