Outstanding, thorough and efficient service diagnostics when my Subaru Forester suddenly, occasionally stopped displaying all dashboard indicators while driving. The tech did a road test and then updated the car’s software. That seems to have fixed the problem.

His promptness in answering questions (texts) from me has to be commended. He has knowledge about BMW products & is willing to share that knowledge. Even dropped the price for me even though the car problems I had were my fault, Fixed my bent hardware at no cost, Lent me a courtesy vehicle at no charge as well!
