I went to AutoNation Ford with a problem with my 21 Lincoln Nautilus the cooling fans wouldn’t shut off I tried here in Bakersfield and was told told that it was a 2 week wait. My wife and I drove 80 miles to Valencia with no appointment and I talked to Morgan and told her my problem she said I’ll take it to the back and tell them you’re waiting, well they fixed it and my hats off to AutoNation Ford and especially Morgan.

I especially like not just the professionalism but the honesty in their response and taking care of things along with a few things that I had wanted done they didn't feel it was necessary to replace so I like that honesty for AutoNation I give them a 100% rating.

Took my husbands car in for service this morning there were a couple things that need to be addressed from a previous service I talked with the service manager Ron Austin and he took care of the issue right away and had Daniel a Service Writer to write up the issue and they got the car in and out very quickly sometimes things happen and it frustrates you as a customer trusting things will be done right and that is not always the case however issues can always be corrected and because of that I left a satisfied customer
