I purchased a used Ram truck from Christian Torres. He was very helpful. He even drove the truck to my house due to my wife was out of town and couldn't help. When I told him I live in Corona (Del Far). It didn't phase him. When he arrived to my house which was an hour after I left. (Surprisedly the 91 had some traffic that day) He was still gracious. I noticed the next day that the truck didn't have a full tank of gas. I went back to him the next time I was near the dealership and he filled up the truck. I was very satisfied with his followup. I would recommend him highly to go purchase a vehicle from. I also want to commend Jeannette Daze the finance manager. She explained everything very well and made the purchasing process very easy. BMW of Camarillo – Buyer Beware!! I never thought I’d be writing a review like this—especially about a BMW dealership, let alone in my hometown—but my experience with BMW of Camarillo has been nothing short of appalling. I purchased a used BMW in May 2025, trusting that a certified dealership would stand behind their vehicles and their brand reputation. The car had barely been on the lot 24 hours, and I was assured it had undergone a thorough inspection. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Within 10 days of purchase, the car required a repair for a damaged hose, something I was told was “driver error,” despite having driven it fewer than two weeks. The dealership kept my car for 42 days while waiting for the correct part from Germany, during which I made my first car payment on a vehicle I couldn’t even drive. Fast forward just a few months later, and with fewer than 3,500 miles driven, the engine suddenly overheated on the freeway. I had the car towed 128 miles to BMW of Camarillo, where I was immediately hit with an estimate exceeding $5,500!! When I expressed concern that I may have been sold a lemon, I was met with zero compassion or accountability. Service Advisor Greg Lara flatly told me the part that failed is “common to leak.” If that’s true, why wasn’t it inspected or replaced before the sale? Trying to salvage the situation, I arranged to have the car towed to an independent shop nearby, only to be told that BMW of Camarillo would not release my vehicle until I paid a $300 inspection fee. No exceptions. No empathy. No care that I had purchased the car FROM THEM just months earlier. The other shop, Camarillo Independent, fixed the exact issue for $1,100 total…a fraction of BMW’s quote. Their honesty, professionalism, and transparency stood in stark contrast to the dismissive, transactional treatment I received at BMW of Camarillo. This dealership does not uphold the level of integrity, compassion, or accountability that one should expect from the BMW brand. Their “customer service” ends the moment you sign the paperwork. If you’re considering buying a used vehicle here—don’t. If you expect ethical service—look elsewhere. If you value being treated with basic respect as a paying customer—avoid BMW of Camarillo.

I had a great experience. The staff (Gurlal Brar, Andy Nestor and Mitchell Wallace) took the time I needed to make sure I understood everything. I bought a used vehicle and felt they listened to my concerns. There were no surprises and I left feeling good about my decision.

Last dealership I went to before here could not remove or even lower the added cilajet and extra accesories cost. I give 5 star rating to CardinaleWay El Monte due to the fact that the team really made the process smooth, hassle free and true to what initially agreed upon. Talked to sales rep Christian and the manager on the phone, really proffesional folks, told them I am interested on a specific vehicle and I only have enough to pay everything out the door without the extra optional accesories. They were true to their words, told me "numbers" will not affect how they will make things happen for me and they earned my respect for their word of honor.

If I could leave them zero stars I would. This review specifically deals with Patrick Duffy in the service department. My truck has been in there multiple times and they can't fix the problem. Never got updates from Patrick when I would text him, never got a response from Patrick when I emailed him, and then he called me to say they are refusing to work on my truck due to me being aggressive. Now for the good part...the aggressive is due to me leaving a honest review of my experience on a post service survey that his dealership sent me. Bottom line he is upset that I left him a negative review based on his customer service and lack of fixing the car. If you have Patrick as your advisor, I wish you good luck.

AC was blowing warm and 2 of the 3 components were given extended warranty, my luck the apparently not covered component was faulty , after calling the Norm Reeves store I purchased the vehicle at to make sure it wasn’t covered , Nathaniel worked with the store I bought the car to supply all needed info and lo and behold a 2,000 job now only costs me my 50,00 deductible I give kudos to both of these Norm Reeves stores to save a customer 2,000.00

Addison was great and he felt the same way about the technicians reason for the vibration at the front-end of my truck. The tech said the vibration was due to faulty lugnuts? Faulty lugnuts! xxx? I'm looking at Addison he's shaking his head I'm like well so what this is warranty work . Fix my truck. They wanted me to buy a set of lugnuts for 200 bucks then put them on myself and bring the truck back so they can take another look. I have no time I gotta work I got a job to do I got my kids to drive to school ! Meanwhile the vibration is getting worse everyday, they still haven't fixed the issue the haven't even reached out. Why can't you guys just fix my truck which is the second one I've bought. Faulty lugnuts! It's warranty work FIX MY TRUCK !

I had inquired about a Stelvio a week prior and mentioned I would be flying in from Las Vegas. Upon arrival Elena spotted me and we began the purchasing process. Later Nick arrived and began the paper work. Both, Elena and Nick, were straight to the point and no xxxxxxxx in between. (Do excuse my language) They we’re both very helpful and the entire process was quick. Perhaps it could have been even faster, but we were just choppin it up. I will definitely be back in the future. I had a great experience at Sedano Ford. After waiting a long time for my special order to arrive - I was treated well by an experienced salesman, Victor Santana. He knew what to show me how my hybrid works while I was driving. The finance officer, Robert, a fellow Veteran, also showed me how my private financing was a better option than Ford’s own financing. However, a few days later, he called me and said that they couldn’t be shipped and I need to pick it up by myself. But I already left that city.
