I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband Carlos, who recently brought his RAM RHO in for updates and had an excellent experience with Hugo at Gilroy Ram. Hugo was professional, personable, and kept him informed throughout the process. Most importantly, he treated the truck with great care and attention, which was greatly appreciated. It's clear that Hugo takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring his customers feel valued. The entire experience was smooth and positive from start to finish. A few weeks ago, I inquired, online, about a vehicle on their website. Almost immediately, Jose Garcia called me and was able to schedule a time for us to meet that day. When I arrived, Jose was there to greet me and had the vehicle on display. He was extremely well versed on the features of the car. The credit application process was very simple. Literally a QR code. During the negotiation process, Jericho stepped in to work on a payment plan that I was agreeable to. Jose suggested that we go on a test drive and I was sold. The gentleman, in the financial department, was extremely efficient as we worked through the financing and paperwork. Jose, and the team, made the whole process very smooth and effortless with his professional and friendly demeanor. All in all, I had a great experience with Jose and the team at Fremont CDJR.

I had just started my searching for a used Jeep and I ended up going here after a not so good experience at a national retailer. Surf, my sales guy, was very polite, professional. He listened to what I wanted and I ended up with a better, newer Jeep than what I was finding elsewhere. Surf went to his manager Tony and was able to get me a lot closer to where I wanted to be, but got me a great deal on a Jeep I absolutely love. Given the start of my journey, it was great to have it end the way it did.

We were looking for a white Tiguan with 3rd row for our nanny - they didn’t gave one in stock, but within minutes were able to get approval to trade one from another dealership. I wasn’t able to go the next day to pick it up, so they delivered it to our home on Carmel. They beat Seaside an Salinas lease deals and were much much more pleasant and responsive.

I have dealt with John and Norman in service for my 2022 Chrysler 300 Limited and everything has been done right. On the sale side, my purchase was easy and they even delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife with a red bow for her to take pictures in our driveway which was a special touch and certainly very appreciative as I did not asked for that but I let it be known it was for her so that was nice. I recommend Stewart for your next vehicle and I will continue to use the service department for my car needs in the future.

I have purchased several cars fom Pearson Buick. I always bring my Buicks to Pearsn for repairs because I know the job is done right. John Yabara in the service department took great care of my last Buick LaCross such that it looked new after 10 years of lots of miles.
