Five stars is just not enough, for Jacques or for the dealership, try a million. I’ve purchased many cars but never have I had such an amazing experience with a salesperson like Jacques- he’s honest, straightforward, and goes way out of his way to work with you. And with an accommodating dealership. I believe many people are shy about going to a dealership and think it’s going to be better to buy online . But wrong - Perkins Motors has everything you could want, VERY reasonably priced and there are no tricks . Makes you love your new car all the more. I highly recommend AND I will return.

Buying a new Ram from this dealership was a pleasure, staff was upfront with costs. Austin and Tim were both outstanding with how they worked with me. Ordered vehicle was taking longer than normal, they worked with me getting loaners when I needed one. Finally I saw a Ram on the lot that I liked better than my ordered vehicle, Austin did his best to get me into it at the same cost as my ordered vehicle, which he did after finding every rebate I would qualify for. This dealership gave me a lot of personal attention during this time, couldnt be happier with how I was treated.

I found a car through Cargurus and at Johnson’s Dodge in... - Fed up with Rich
I found a car through Cargurus and at Johnson’s Dodge in Colorado. I researched the dealership through Google reviews etc and found that Rich Jeffers was quite the salesman, I was wrong! I inquired on a vehicle at Johnson’s Dodge and was then contacted by Rich Jeffers. He asked me to fill out a pre approval which I did, but then that’s when everything went south. My credit is not the greatest and apparently Rich was keen on that fact so basically gave up on me. He did not return calls, texts or emails after that knowingly the deal was dead. I had to reach out to him to follow up on the last bank (Wells Fargo) with no answer from him. Curiously, I called with a different number and HE ANSWERED! He ducked all my calls, texts and emails knowing the deal was dead and I was a “waste of his time”. I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever!!
*Rich was quick to respond to my Google review than returning my calls! Ridiculous.

Needed recall work done. No one will call you back, no... - Person
Needed recall work done. No one will call you back, no one will give give you the info you need about the work. They wanted multiple days for software fixes and an egr valve. I didn't realize this since i do work on trucks and egr valves are not generally difficult. When i left the dealership after convincing them to try to do it within one full day( no loaner had a friend get me) they told me they would call when it was finished. They didnt. One day after some of the work was done I received a letter that an AEM software update was needed and it was part of a settlement for emissions fixing. They did not do this fix or mention it, my receipt only mentioned the egr, which was leaking, and i have to assume they chose not to complete the recalls.

Got caught in the lot looking around. George wrote a deal... - Merc0
Got caught in the lot looking around. George wrote a deal and we just couldn't come together on. We were leaving and he caught us and offered to run it different to be closer to what we were needing. He called us back in and we signed papers on the new deal. We insured the truck and waited on finance. They claimed the system went down so we would have to sign the next day. Looking now I believe that was a lie. The next morning as we're cleaning out our trades he casks and says the deal was structured wrong so we would have to go back to the original way he wrote it and asked us to come in and sign on it. I believe it was a con the whole time and a simple trick to get is in on his original deal. Bad practice. Avoid their scams. This is the second time I've been treated poorly here and I will not return. I sold cars for 3 years at a lot 30 minutes west of here. I would never dream of doing this to a customer and I know exactly what he was trying to do. I do not recommend them at all.
do not recommend this dealership or the sales agent... - mary.tulo2
do not recommend this dealership or the sales agent Roberto. I went in to trade in my lease, and left five hours later in my same vehicle.
I explained that I really needed to get my new car that day and was crystal clear with what my monthly payments could be. I also said that I was happy with the make on model of my current Jeep and would be fine getting that type of vehicle again. Roberto my sales agent repeatedly told me he would honor my budget.
We proceeded to test drive vehicles that I later found out were completely out of my price range. I ended up feeling ok about a Jeep that Roberto suggested and decided to move forward. I sat for 2 hours waiting for the finance department to show up with monthly payments significantly higher than we discussed.
At this point I was defeated and left. Roberto told me that he would send me cars that were in my price range and I haven’t seen a thing from him.
I know the song and dance when it comes to purchasing a car. I know I’m most likely going to get screwed, but this was another level. Roberto had me write a review for him before we even made a decision on a vehicle. He also gave me the referral script that I got last time saying that I would get $100 for every referral I send to him. That doesn’t happen by the way, I gave two referrals on my first lease and never saw a nickel.
My fault in the matter was that I just needed to get this done because I have things happening in my life that are far more important. I willingly sat there in hopes to move on with my life. I currently am in communication with corporate, Jeep dealerships come a dime a dozen so at the end of the day I will end up with a new car.

Rampant haggling; Non-transparent vehicle information; Harrassing management behavior...
New car purchase on Jan. 2021
1. ANCJA will apply unnecessary charges for windows tinting and anti-theft protection to your purchase. Have them remove these upcharge. My new Chrysler already comes with factory installed window tints and anti-theft system.
Yet, they still try to dance around the charges using evasive/technical wannabe verbiage to keep those costs on my purchase contract. Confidence loss.
2. Avoided to provide the VIN# and mileage on a new purchase until 1-day before taking delivery. It turns out the vehicle is ~300miles away, in which, they have to drive to ANCJA. Neither the sales associate nor management were forthcoming with this information throughout the week long purchase process and buyer actively inquiring about it... Confidence loss.
3. After taking delivery, an online survey was emailed to the buyers, in which, I think it ties to the associates' performance bonus structure. I completed the candid survey, then I received a phone call from a manager at the AutoNation Chrylser Jeep in Littleton soliciting feedback about the survey results (Clearly, it wasn't an anonymous survey). The first 30 seconds of the phone call went fine as I try to explain my experience with them from the beginning of the process. Thereafter, the conversation morphed into a argumentative defense from the manager, where he yelled into his conference telephone microphone about things like: "We did you a favor..."; "We got you the car"; "I've never seen a rating this low" and so on.
I could hear a number of individuals laughing in the background on my end as he yelled into my telephone speakers. Overall, the conversation ended with him hanging up on our 2 minutes call without a constructive or meaningful dialogue. "Failed" rating.
My collective experience based on the instances above begs the questions:
a. If the manager can harass a customer like a maniac, how do they treat their employees or others who may have less purchasing power?
b. Should I be concern about bringing my car in for maintenance, in fear of, retaliation?
The worst service department ever, seatbelt won't always... - Angel
The worst service department ever, seatbelt won't always stay clicked but because why'll with the service department it works they won't repair, first week we bought the car the battery died left us stranded, service department said we could've done something to make the battery go bad, had to fight to get that fixed, our brakes make a howling noise, since we bought it, The Service manager Larry McBride said some cars do that and we just have to deal with it, and all we were looking for was a new car out of our used car from them...THE WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER. Made us feel like they were doing us a favor by looking at the car and after begging for a rental to get our car fixed again because this time the ignition isn't working only had the car 6 months the GM stated basically we we're lucky we got a rental car because they didn't have to, but yet we bought the warranty which you pay almost 4000 for and still pay a deductible behind that 4000...And in the end we are here still sitting with a broken car.

Horrible. I spent 10,000 on a new engine for a 2001 jeep cherokee with no other issues. It has been back to their shop for maintenance SIX times, the check engine light has come on every time. It is now on for the SEVENTH time and I have been waiting almost THREE weeks for them to "find" a loaner car. I called, left messages, called again, no replies. It is dead in my driveway, I am out 10 grand. This place is horrible.
