My recall warranty service for my Jeep Cherokee was performed by Joe Segura. He was early by his scheduled time which was great. He was very polite and informative as to the service he was providing, and listened to my personal concerns on the transmission performance, which is what the recall pertained too. He explained what the download would affect in the transmission operation and should clear up my concerns. He was absolutely professional and yet very personable. High 5555,s to Joe. Great Job!

My pickup broke down between Hayden and Steamboat Springs on our way home to Berthoud, Co. I had my pickup towed to Steamboat Motors because they sell and service Ford vehicles. My daughter
And her boyfriend were with me at the time and we were coming home from an elk hunt. When I called my insurance company they told me if the tow truck coming had only room for 2 people it was up to me to figure out how I was going to get the 3rd person a ride. I called the service department at Stemboat Motors and spoke to Brett Huff and told him the situation and that i was going to have my pickup towed there. Brett Huff Drove out to pickup my daughter and her boyfriend while I waited for the tow truck and took them to the dealership. while we were waiting at the dealership we were trying to figure out what to do because we had no running vehicle and no place to stay the night. They tried to find us a rental car form the area and beyond but no one had any rentals because it was during the week between Christmas and New Years 2018. So the dealership was able to get us a reasonable room rate in Steamboat while there were no vacancies at the Holiday Inn. They gave us a ride to the hotel and all of our stuff. The next day I went to get my pickup because I decided that night to have my brother in law come with a trailer and haul it back to Berthoud. I asked if there was a bill for there services and they said no and don't worry about it. The staff and owner went above and beyond for us and in return didn't even charge us. I am recommending Steamboat Motors for any of your vehicle needs and when I am in the market for a new vehicle I will make the drive from Berthoud, Co to Steamboat Springs, Co for my next vehicle purchase.

My wife's 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee's "4WD Service" light went on a couple of weeks ago. With 116k miles on this wonderful vehicle, we figured this one had the potential to be an expensive service call. It was expensive, but the way in which Jon Earl (our service advisor) handled it made all of the difference. Sensing our dread, this young man took the time to be polite, to listen, and to assure us that he would do everything he could to get to the bottom of this issue quickly. In all aspects of our interaction with Jon, we were treated politely, the issue was explained in-depth, and in the end not only had they cleared a recall item (a nice surprise), but the final bill came in lower than quoted.
At a time when old fashioned politeness and professionalism seem to be things of the past, my wife and I were nicely surprised in our interaction with Mr. Earl. I would highly recommend this dealership's service department to others seeking a good experience.
Bad Customer Service - bjarocki
I brought our Jeep in to have its engine looked at, as it was making an odd noise and still under warranty. The dealership fixed the issue, but failed to mention that they were going to have to change the oil. The Jeep got an oil change that included MOA the day before, and then the dealership drained it all out. I asked them to replace the MOA since the oil change wasnt part of the service and didnt know it would have to happen and they refused to do so.
Its only a $17 difference or so, but you would think that the dealership would gladly replace the MOA they disposed of rather than put up a fight about it. Lost my future business for sure.

I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this didn't even inspect it before they sold it to me. I did some research all they did is slap a sticker on the front window and called good, I have a paper trail to prove it to. and I had to fight with them to fix a couple of thing but I had to buy all the parts and there are still parts have to buy and replace.and it a three year old vehicle...they didn't offer me any comp like oil changes stuff like ...pretty much they told to we can't do anything so yea..service ok but I wouldn't let them do anything but oil changes and that about it ....
Won't Fulfill We Owe Agreement - RRicker
For some reason they are brushing off the We Owe portion of the agreement. The We Owe agreement required it be fulfilled within a week. It has been a month and a half. After repeated calls and emails, they still have not fulfilled it. They keep stating that it will be fulfilled "soon," or that they have to wait until after the end of the month (twice now), or that they need to speak with some other department, etc. The list of excuses is getting too long. Nice sales reps, but the company does not seem to stick to contractual agreements. This is a big red flag. The sales reps I worked with were pretty good, and I do like the car I got (despite a bit of maintenance needed after purchasing).
WORST SERVICE ADVISERS IN THE STATE - jeepeople
Everything is a argument with these clowns! even a simple oil change will take them 4 hours. They will not reset the oil service reminder and have a attitude about everything. Not to mention they are clueless when it comes to diagnosing any simple issue. I have a extended service contract on my jeep and they try to deny it every time . After multiple arguments and even one screaming match, I will not go back to this dealership ever! All of there business comes from praying on women and elderly who don't know any better and they can easily take advantage of! If you know anything about jeeps, you will get a red flag after talking to any of these clowns!

This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. My brand new 2018 Jeep experienced smoke under the hood in Nov 2018 and we drove it to the closest dealer to look at it. They had the Jeep for 2 1/2 weeks with 1 phone call the entire time and could not tell me what was wrong, other than they had to "wait for parts" When it was all said and done, I had to pay $160 out of pocket for labor and service on an oil change and that was not covered under my warranty.
Fast forward to July 11 when my Jeep started smoking on 1-70 on the highway with my young child and dog in the car. We pulled over and smoke was all over the vehicle. We had it towed to the same dealership as they already had a record of the previous incident. Brandon was my service tech who called me only 1 TIME in almost 3 weeks to tell me he wasn't quite sure what the issue was and that, they were "waiting for parts" They had no loaner, no information and I could not get a hold of anyone in service.
When I finally walked in to demand answers, my car was suddenly ready and they said that it was all due to going to a different dealer for an oil change. They also tried to charge me for another oil change and labor, another $104. They were so rude and condescending and belittling. I didn't ever get a straight answer on what went wrong, and when asked if my car was at risk for going up in smoke and flames again, if they could guarantee their work, I was told that "there's never any guarantee"
I was also told to fill out a survey. I told them I would be happy to as it has been terrible service, and they won't email me the survey. So, here I am. Do not use that dealer ever!!
