We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here. We came in late in the day, approximately 4:30. Matt Leo was so incredibly helpful! He met us at the door with a handshake, listened to what we were looking for, and took us out to show us what they had. We narrowed it down to between a new and used vehicle. Matt gave no pressure to buy the newer vehicle, just answered our questions and told us pros and cons of each. He stayed far later than their closing time to make sure that we were satisfied with our experience and the sale. Once the sale was complete, he didn't give us the bum rush out the door so he could go home. He made sure that we were familiar with every aspect of how to operate our new car with all of its features and answered any questions we had. I purchased a vehicle from them and was given a 90-day warranty IN WRITING... Since this was not the closest AutoNation, I was told I could go to any AutoNation location that was closer. Well, I made the appointment, dropped my truck off and was shuttled home... A short time later I received a call that I did not have a warranty so I would be charged for repairs. I said no, and had to wait again for the shuttle to get me back to the dealership. One day off wasted.
I contacted my salesperson and after a number of phone calls, I was given some excuse about an employee that was no longer with the company and they would get it straightened out. I was assured things were fixed, so round two... On my next day off I made an appointment and brought my truck in again... And what do you know, No warranty! Day off #2 wasted!
I called and texted the GM... No return calls...
Now I can't seem to get a response because it's "out of warranty"!!! WHAT?!?! Not my fault, but I guess it's my problem now.
All I can say is SHADY COMPANY!!!

While traveling through Colorado in late August, pulling a 40 foot toy hauler, we had a problem with our transmission overheating in the truck. The professionals and Vista Dodge were able to get our truck ready for the road in one day. While our trip took us over 8200 miles and two months, the folks at Vista took a potentially trip ending experience and made it work out the best it possibly could.

First let me say that I have never been treated better at a car dealership than I was at AutoNation Southwest. First the Sales Staff, Chris Revere and Riza Fadil, then by the sales manager Noah Montanye and then followed up by the Service Manager Steve Smith. I bought a used 2006 Dodge Charger at a reasonable price on a Wednesday, completed paper work on Thursday and the car was for all purposes then, mine. AutoNation offers a five day or 250 miles no questions asked money back return guarantee on their used cars. I took the car home and decided to get my own inspection of the car which turned up two problems with the car. I took it back on Friday and met with Chris and Noah to discuss my options. Turn the car back of have it repaired. It was my choice. I really liked the car and Noah asked me if the repairs were made would I keep the car and I said yes. Noah wrote out an IOU for the repairs and an extension on their return policy. I took the car in on Monday Morning and met with Steve over the repairs need. No where along the line was their any hesitation or disagreement on providing me the car I wanted and in a timely fashion. Can’t say enough about these guys and the policies at AutoNation Southwest. I think you will find the same in your car future. I want to point out that no one ask me to write a review and doing so was on my own accord.

The rear wiper arm on my Jeep was knocked off and broken at a local car wash. I had the replacement parts but needed a tool to remove the old part of the arm still attached. Chris in service was able to get the tool and replace the wiper arm in just a few minutes, free of charge.

This ridiculous dealership has the nerve to employ an idiot named Ken who thinks it's okay to insult people. This guy insulted my wife over four different times and tries to claim that he was complimenting her. When we complained the dealership had Ken call to apologize as if an apology does anything to remedy the situation. As I am not satisfied nor is my wife and due to the fact that the owner nor the general manager has the xxxxx to pick up the phone and give a personal apology and a guarantee that this moron will no longer work there they will never get our business. The really sad thing is that after I read reviews on numerous sites apparently this is a very common thing for this dealership if you start looking you will find there are numerous complaints of rude salesman and sales managers and the dealership does not take it seriously. Remember When shopping at Pueblo Dodge you are only a bag of money nothing more and if they treat you like crap that's just the way they do business your complaints will go unheard.

I took them my vehicle and asked them to check my brakes with my last oil change. I found out three months later from them after I couldn't brake that I had transmission fluid in my brake fluid. I asked them why they didn't check it and they said it wasn't their fault because they don't check the brake fluid when they check the brakes. I dropped my car offf on Friday last week and we agreed on them flushing the system and I would pay full price for them to do it. They still have my car a week later and no call, no update. I called to complain this morning and they "just flushed by brake line now" wow! I called another autonation along with three other service stations and they said it should only take 30 minutes to 2 hours to flush, a day at the most. I bought both my vehicles from this location when it was Centennial Cryslet Jeep. NEVER will I buy or service my vehicle here again. If you have trouble with your brakes their service manager Jason Webber will tell you they don't check brake fluid even when it's red and not the correct color yellow! Red flag!

Begin here: 2 different vehicles two different times i have used the " body shop" both times they jad my vehicle 30 + days. Dave Purcell the body shop manager very vEry very RUDE failed to contact us at ANY POINT for updates on repair status. All we have gotten ls excuses and misguided its some ones elses fault i cant do my job.......had enough contacting the parent company as well as corporate.
