I told him what I came to look at, but what I truly wanted. He never pushed a car on me, instead he listened to my needs. He ultimately got me in my dream Jeep! He made the process easy, and quick. He even entertained my special needs son, which was invaluable to me. I cried when I left the dealership, partly because I got my JL but mostly because of Jacques kindness. Thank you Jacques.

I really wanted a new vehicle, but didn't know if my less than perfect credit would qualify me or not. John had me qualified in minutes! I have never been somewhere before where I bought a vehicle and it was this smooth or laid back like it was at Steamboat Motors. From my understanding, they are under new management now, and wow, they are great!! There was zero pressure, they were flexible, quick, and very accommodating. All I had to supply was a one page application, my insurance card and drivers license, and in 5 minutes they already had me approved! Also, I am a Veteran, (so were many of them that worked there), and they had Veteran incentives I have never seen at any other dealerships before. They even offered to drive my other vehicle home which was 45 minutes away! Everyone there was so much fun, and easy to work with, I felt like I've known all of them forever after only spending an hour with them. If I didn't already have a job I love in a different field, I could see myself working here having co-workers like Patty, John, Marcus, Tim and Ralph. It was clear that their management appreciates their staff and their customers because he puts on a free BBQ every single Saturday for everyone. THANK YOU Patty for selling me my new Jeep Compass, and Marcus for shuttleing me around and getting my other vehicle home, John for getting me approved so fast and easy when I thought I wouldn't, Ralph, it shows that your management style and appreciation for your staff and customers is number one, you are laid back and funny and I really felt welcome, and Tim for being so personable, accommodating and inviting on the phone when I called about an oil change that morning - instead of saying "We are full today" he said "We will get you in, and we have free food today too we are BBQ'ing." I thought wow, how personable, that was great! So was the oil change! And I love my new Jeep! You guys were so great!

My husband and I found your dealership by chance when our battery light went on while traveling on the interstate. I leaped for joy when I saw the word DODGE and pulled into your place. We of course had no appointment but were taken in minutes to see what was wrong with our red DODGE caravan that would also be turning 100,000 miles far away from our Illlinois home. We were told soon after what needed to be done, how much it would cost, but even more important, that it could be fixed that day. Thank you to all the people we were in contact with who helped us pass the day. BUt NOT the child whose mechanic father left him sitting in the waiting room making me crazy. Putting pencils up hisnose, drawing on the nice chairs, fooling around in the bathroom, hitting a ball around that nearly hit me, well I was notpaid to babysit. And NO he did not do his homework which his father asked him when he finally came to get him. Lucky that we were not stranger dangers!! But thank you for fixing my car and letting me enjoy our trip out West!

After studying the various models and comparing other brands I came to realize it is true when they say "Jeep....there's only one". However none of the models on their lot were just what I wanted so Randy Hawks said "no problem, lets build you one". He spent quite a bit of time helping me decide which Jeep would be just what I wanted/needed, and then when it arrived making sure I knew how to operate it. A very pleasant experience.

We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee here. We came in late in the day, approximately 4:30. Matt Leo was so incredibly helpful! He met us at the door with a handshake, listened to what we were looking for, and took us out to show us what they had. We narrowed it down to between a new and used vehicle. Matt gave no pressure to buy the newer vehicle, just answered our questions and told us pros and cons of each. He stayed far later than their closing time to make sure that we were satisfied with our experience and the sale. Once the sale was complete, he didn't give us the bum rush out the door so he could go home. He made sure that we were familiar with every aspect of how to operate our new car with all of its features and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this dealership and, in particular, Matt Leo to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!

I bought a new Jeep from this dealership in July 2018. This dealership did not get the proper paperwork to the DMV. I ended up with an expired paper plate. I was told to call the title person at the dealership. I called multiple times and never received a response. I was promised a new paper plate but never received one. I've had to file a complaint with the state in order to get my car registered. I do not recommend this dealership.

I did not know I was looking at Jeeps until I went there for a Free lunch.
They had prizes in a few of their vehicles and I was looking at the control areas. I went to ask about the Trucks and then took a test drive in a Jeep Cherokee. It was a wonderful experience.
I asked Travis to show me the next level down and ended up with a Bronco (yay!!!) Orange Jeep Compass. I named her Ginger.
The dealership is so terrific. I am not a "Techy" Granny and so every time I pull in and ask questions they not only answer my questions but instruct me on how to do it myself. They are all so patient.

I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit with 28,000 miles. The SRV 4WD and traction Control Off light came on. I called AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West and made an appointment. The earliest time available was 3 weeks out. Service Advisor stated no further damage would be done, but not to drive if Check Engine light was on and flashing. My appoint day finally came on September 20th. I dropped the Jeep off on time. During check-in, I was told they were pretty busy and was asked if we could work with them. We said that would be fine and were OK with an extra day. We called on the 21st and were told that no work had even begun. Essentially the appointment time just puts you in the queue and doesn't get you in any faster. Not sure why I need to make an appointment if I just puts me in line with the other customers. I told them to not perform any work and I would pick-up. No apology, nothing. I told them I was going to write a review and they basically said they are highly rated and we really don't care. DO NOT do business with this dealership. They don't care. They even told me I could expect the same thing at other dealerships. On to my independent mechanic. I WILL NEVER BY ANOTHER CHRYSLER PRODUCT.

During a May 10 routine service, the tech forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I gave them a chance to make it right. Said they would reimburse me for the extra cost of repairs since wheel studs had snapped off the hub. No responses from the GM nor Service Director. Very poor customer service. After using them for over 2 years, I will never be back.
Unacceptable Customer Service and Follow Up - DB
Made an appointment online the week prior to service appointment which was Tuesday at 7am. Dropped my Jeep off the afternoon prior. Service writer call around 1pm. Left message with problem, cost, and get it done by day of Friday. I returned his call and had to leave a voicemail approving everything. No call back. Left another message later the same day trying to confirm he got my message. No call back. Wednesday/Thursday no calls. Friday morning (pick up day) I called at 11am to check pick up time. Had to leave another message....no call back. Went to pick up my Jeep at 3:30pm. Was told the vehicle repair had not been started!! Also found out my service writer was off so wasted call to his line! Left the dealer fuming. Called to speak with the Service Manager. He was busy talking to another “happy” customer. Had to leave him a voicemail. Waited for two hours...you guessed it no call back. I am a very patient and understanding person but my experience with the service department was without a doubt the worst I’ve ever experienced at a dealer. Being prior military I’ve delt with many all over the country. My advice - think twice about getting anything done at this dealership other than maybe an oil change. Also, talk to a live person on any and all required follow up calls.
