Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. This dealership is the reason I drive BMWs. Tamara (Sales) did the impossible by finding me a CPO x5 with EVERYTHING I wanted. I live 300 miles away from this dealership but I drive here whenever the car needs service. My service advisor, Josh, has shown dedication I never imagined possible. He even rode his motorcycle to the dealership on a Sunday to get my car back to me while the business was closed. The facility is awesome, the techs are thorough, and the loaners are new. Seriously. What can I say about Jenn? Walking into the service department with Jennifer behind the desk is comparable to the happiness one gets from not having seen a friend for awhile. She’s always uplifting, always smiling and always goes out of her way to ensure that she understands your car problems. The service line can be 5 people deep, but Jennifer makes sure that every client is taken cared of and never rush the process. I have only owned my Telluride since July 2024 and the service department does not disappoint, thanks for Jenn. And truly the service department is most important relationship when purchasing a car. I have been in the dealership several times since my purchase and the salesman that sold me the car doesn’t recognize me. A+ for the exceptional service department at EMICH.
