I took my car in, in the spur of the moment for a brake check because I heard a noise and didn’t know if it was a rock stuck or if I needed new brakes. It was without an appointment and they were able to do whatever it took to replace my brakes and rotors in the time it took to get the parts and put them on. Won’t always be like that but they knew it was important to me to get it done as soon as possible since I use my car for my job. They were very attentive and kept me up on what they were doing. I was in and out in minimal time, and they did an awesome job and I recommend them!!! Thank you all!!!

Wow! I have never been so impressed with an auto service department. I own a 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid. I had a warning light that said “refill inverter coolant“. I called five dealerships, and received a different diagnosis from each one(if they even bothered to return my call). And, I was told everything from “do not drive the car, but have it towed in ….to… It won’t hurt anything drive at all you want”. When I called Foundation Hyundai, I talked to a “real person”. They asked the right questions, and even ascertained my Vin number. From that they determined that there was a recall on my car, for this particular issue. No one else had figured this out or even tried. I worked with two individuals. Thank you, Donnie and Richard. They knew immediately what to do and proceeded to diagnose fix the problem. I’ve never written a review like this before because I’ve never had this type of exemplary service. I am impressed! Thank you thank you thank you.

After an unsatisfactory, drawn-out experience at a different Kia dealership—and reading their bad reviews on this site—I decided (luckily before work was started) to have my Soul towed from there to Emich Kia, and what a relief! The Emich service department was instantly responsive and accommodating, including advising me that I could have my car towed free of charge using Kia Roadside Assistance. The next morning I was told the results of the diagnostic, that repairs were covered by warranty, and I would be given a loaner later that day. Jennifer, the service advisor, is a ROCK STAR!! She is absolutely the best service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. EVER. On a different issue, I was also very happy with Emich’s parts department. Soon I will be moving across town, but will still bring my car to Emich for service.

Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. Truly a class above other dealerships!

He recommended some awesome but affordable tires. The tires were replaced immediately so I could get back to work and shuttling kids around. I'm doing a follow-up review. I had a better experience and I want to honor what Schomp Honda did to rectify a bad situation. First I felt that the representative I worked with in March tried to scam me into way more work than I did. I got a call from the manager Byron who wanted to make things right and get his eyes on my car. He then put me with Jarod for a free oil change as an olive branch. The car didn't need nearly as much work as was reported in March. All this to say, they have a speedy service, and the team works hard to check the engine thoroughly. I felt Jarod was professional and kind. I'm also thankful to Byron for helping repair this. They have a wonderful waiting room, and did the service very quickly.

I had a couple of recalls on my Escape I called about 2 months ago and was put on a waiting list for the first recall. I was told they’d let me know when they had the parts. Brody called and we set up a mobile service, I also asked about the second recall and was told they would take care of it. Greg came to my work place with their mobile service and took care of the first recall within 30 minutes. He did an inspection for the second recall and I was told he’d be back to fix that once he had the parts. Within 4 days I had another mobile appointment and the second recall was corrected. Both gentlemen who helped me were awesome. My recalls were done without any inconvenience to me and in a timely fashion. This service is great!! I would definitely use this mobile service again. Thank you all.

A few days ago I pulled into the dealership with a VERY flat tire. I don't own a Hyundai, but Madisyn came right out and welcomed me and said they would help. She grabbed Tyler from the service department and they changed my tire to my spare and got me and ,my son on our way. Their kindness and willingness to help was so refreshing. It was a fantastic lesson for my son to see our community step up to help each other. Thank You Madisyn and Tyler - you made a difference!
