I had the best experience working with Diana Strain! From the moment I walked in, she was extremely friendly, personable, warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! She even checked in with me after the sale was made to ensure my happiness and satisfaction was met. She truly is the best and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend asking to work with her!

Even before purchasing a car here, I wanted to post a review based on the pre-sales experience I've had with this dealership, particularly Karen B., their BDC Sales consultant and my first point of contact. Karen was transparent, affable and thoughtful. After dealing with bots, both AI generated and apparently human approximations who were mechanical in their responses, she was refreshingly human and genuinely helpful. I am not yet certain where I will buy a car so I can't speak to the post-sales experience (the only reason I omitted one star). But first impressions matter and this one was so positive, I felt compelled to share it.

I went in to purchase a 2023 Santa cruz because I needed a truck bed. Chris Antone, who I've bought vehicles from before just happened to be working here and I immediately knew I was in good hands. He was patient, honest, and transparent with the cost questions I had. I ended up going with a 2022 Nissan titan with 25,000 miles. it was on the lot, the price was similar and they gave me a great deal. They discounted the price additionally despite the initial cost already being below the market. The warranty options were very flexible and I was able to cover the entire vehicle for 60,000 additional miles at a very low price. They have a great operation at this dealership. We're excited to use the service department and hope to trade in our palisade in 18 months.

We worked with Ben on our Nissan. I hate car shopping, everything about it. It’s such a hassle, and it’s so hard to find a good salesman you can trust and enjoy working with. This experience was hands down the greatest one I’ve ever had! Ben was so easy to work with, so personable and found me exactly what I was looking for, at the price I wanted, which isn’t easy! We were laughing the entire time, it felt like a breeze. He was very knowledgeable about the car, the process, etc. I’ve never met a car salesman that I’ve actually wanted to go back to - until now. It was so comfortable to work with him. There’s a lot of places out there that say they’re like family, will treat you like family, but they really do here. When we picked the car up the detailing was perfection! Overall, great experience from beginning to end. We will be back!
