The car purchased was a RAT. Kosher motors sold me a car that was a complete lipstick on a pig. Non OEM parts. Body shop work done by a moron. Parts fused and rigged together. No brakes. No rotors all safety hazard. After the fact had to spend $12,000 to get this high end luxury vehicle back in shape and safe for the road. Not to mention the night I got home the LED headlight didn’t work. Had to replace it with OEM which cost thousands. Stay AWAY from Kosher - they have a smile but they are selling true junk. This was the worst car purchase in 52 years. Do NOT do NOT buy a car from this xxxx hole dealer. Selling true crap -

I trade in an Equinox in excellent condition for an Equinox in only good condition and I am fine with that. However, there was a difference of 6,000.00 which I am owed and I phoned wondering where my check is and I was told it was only just approved. Baloney!! I just woke them up. I was told it has to have another signature which won't happen until the end of this week. So now, three weeks later, I will not get my money and it will probably be 4 weeks till the check arrives. I live too far from Orlando to just go pick it up. I am more than a litte put off and would never deal with them again. They have my car worth at least 22,000 and my 6000.00 that they owe me. Real nice going.

I am a return customer. I leased my Honda Pilot 2022 three years ago and couldn’t be more satisfied so I returned to Norm Reeves Honda to lease another vehicle. I was greeted by Tony Galdo within minutes on the vehicle lot. Tony was a pleasure to deal with from every step of the process. He was very patient and accommodating as I went from one vehicle to another trying to make a decision. I finally decided on an 2026 Honda CRV Touring. All of the staff at the dealership were very friendly professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will return when it’s time to buy or lease my next vehicle. Again, Tony was an absolute pleasure to meet and deal with.

I purchased a 2020 Vantage last December from Holman Ft. Lauderdale, with 5900 miles and a Timeless Warranty. Last week I had it appraised and it turns out the entire car had been repainted prior to my purchase. While the appraiser said it was a very good job, it had twice the thickness of factory paint and had several tape and overspray areas. When I called Holman, they basically told me it was not their problem and I should take it up with Carfax. They were less than pleasant, and I honestly was not expecting that from a luxury car dealer that had supposedly Certified the car and thoroughly inspected it prior to selling it to me. I have purchased over 80 cars in my lifetime and have never been totally dismissed as I was today. If anyone is in the market for a car I would highly recommend a different Aston Martin dealer.

Rick case Hyundai sold me a used 2020 Hyundai Venue. 91000 miles when I got it and about 94k when the transmission crapped out. Now they're gonna try and stiff me with $4k+ in repairs. Even though there is a recall on the transmission and the car's barely been used. Next time I'll buy new. No dealer is trustworthy.

Very dishonest organization, and it is truly unfortunate that it is in Mercedes-Benz dealer. They sold me a car that had 12,000 miles on it and with the 130 point inspection and full detail. After receiving the call, I realized your car was never detailed. I never even waxed. Additionally, the left front tire was flat and should've been replaced before releasing the car. The battery level was at 11.94 which is very low and complete unacceptable. The manager spoke to me and completely lied to me that the car on the went all the above and was shipped to me in XO and condition. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. It's truly disgraceful that a Mercedes-Benz dealer in the United States should be this dishonest. Stay away

I seriously do not like posting things like this and normally wouldn’t even leave a bad review but i am so frustrated On Monday I dropped my car off at 730 am for Routine maintenance. I was told I needed 4 tires as well. Told I would have my car back at 2 pm Monday. At 130 I reached out to ensure it would be ready and was told they did not have the tires but the car would be ready by end of the day. I received a call at 430 telling me the tires never arrived but they would get me a loaner car I picked up the loaner car and as I was driving, the message came up saying the car was overdo for service - sigh. My advisor also texted me telling me he “ blamed the parts department” Really? Aren’t you a team? Aren’t you my advisor? Shouldn’t you check on my car? Not wait 7 hours? Not wait for me to reach out? Then today I reached out to see when my car would be ready. I fiqured they would reach out to me first. Anyways, Finally, it’s done. I pick it up. Once I’m at home- I realize they didn’t put the sticker on my car that tells when when next maintenance is. Ok not a huge deal, but still. Then I realized some settings are messed up and need to fiqure out how to fix them. So….. I texted him and never heard back. I waited 2 hours and texted again and he told me he’s with customers to “ bare” with him. xxx. I’m a customer too. I’m so angry!!!!! He still has not gotten back to me. All I need is communication!!!!! Not to be blown off The last 3 service visits have been absolutely awful Then they text us asking for a great review and their job depends on it and “ telling us “ how to answer the questions . I guess you should think of that first, when we drop our car off - not after crappy service Rant over…. #rickcase.

🚨 WARNING: Dishonest Dealership Experience – Buyer Beware 🚨 I want to share my experience with Extreme Motorcars, LLC, located at 615 N. Cocoa Blvd, to help others avoid what I went through. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the entire process was filled with misleading information, hidden issues, and zero accountability. ➡️ The car was advertised with 160,000 miles, but the actual mileage was over 190,000—a difference of 30,000 miles!
➡️ The listed price online was $5,600, but after a handshake deal and a $1,500 deposit, they increased the price to $5,700 on the paperwork without telling me.
➡️ During the test drive, several warning lights were on, and I was told it was due to "new tires" and would reset. That was false—and the issues still exist.
➡️ The salesperson even claimed that the brake shuddering was from a "lane assist" feature. The car doesn’t even have that feature.
➡️ I was told the vehicle was detailed and ready, but it was filthy, with the previous owner’s belongings still inside.
➡️ I was told the car came from a dealership employee and was well-maintained—another false statement. After the sale, I took it to a certified mechanic who found: TPMS and traction warning lights on, no module communication Inoperable running boards No A/C (blend doors not working) Transmission leak Leaking valve covers ABS unit leaking brake fluid Warped brake rotors I contacted the dealership multiple times asking to return the vehicle and get a refund due to all this fraudulent misrepresentation. I was told the owner would call me back. I never heard from them again. They also never returned my tags. This business is not honest, not transparent, and clearly not interested in doing the right thing. If you value your time, money, and safety—look elsewhere.

The fact that they make you give a review of their services at the moment that you were getting the the car of course the review will be positive, but having my car since December 2024, I beg to differ that they deserve a five star rating. Ever since I’ve gotten my car, my check engine light has been on my car does not start as it should and the same codes have been on my car for months I took it in. It was told oh if your car runs OK and your check engine light is on then you should be fine. No my car is not fine. There are tons of noises that are made Just to tell you the same things or not make the changes at all. I’m actually still waiting for a call from the supervisor because I paid the $95 initially they fixed one thing without fixing the other codes and then was told I had to pay the $95 again. No I went in with all the codes and there’s no reason why I should be paying the $95. Also when your car payment isn’t paid of course the car get shut off but here I am today with a current account I was out doing deliveries late night went back to my car and my car is shut off and there is no one to contact after hours. There is no emergency line or anything and now I’ve had to Uber back home. I’m having to Uber back to my car and wait until 11 AM to get my car back on and they’re not gonna probably give compensation. They’re gonna act like it was a mistake, but there is no reason why my car should be shut off when my account is current and please believe I do have the receipts of payment and a current account.

I can’t speak on the sales department, but the service department, (I mean, I never thought they would one up the quality of service I received from them, the last time i had my truck in there). This time in, Ms Ashley was my rep/liaison. After the initial “welcome to Dayton Andrews, have been helped or checked in yet”(less than a minute after I pulled in), I explained everything that was happening, along with a safety recall issue notice, she just said, this might take a while, and we’re probably gonna keep it over night, depending on the diagnostics, so to be safe, let me get you into a rental and get you out of here as fast as possible”. As I was waiting In the lounge area, not more than 10 min. Ashley walks up to me and says my rides here to take me to get my rental. She handed me the paperwork and I was out the door… (MIND BLOWN) That’s just the beginning… Ashley was so on it with the communication, updates on the truck while it was being serviced. It took the stress of my mind. And lastly, it was one of those busy work days for me and even though I was notified my truck was ready for pick up around 11:00am, I wasn’t able to get there until about 6pm, and they close at 5:30! She was there, patiently waiting and not mad about it. I mean come on, how often do you see a person stay late for a customer they don’t even know, to make sure they get their vehicle back. I would give them a zero if I could. I communicated a half dozen times with a Samantha Pita. Specifically asked if the car I was interested was still available. Was told yes. Asked her to verify, I was going to be driving an hour and a half, maybe two hours with traffic. Was told yes. Drove there, took me almost two hours in 5 o'clock traffic and they sold the car a day or two ago. The sales rep tells me Samantha works the internet and goes by what's listed online, not what's on the lot. What a stupid statement. Shouldn't what's online be what's available. Shouldn't she have checked when I specifically asked because I was going to be driving two hours? Then they have the audacity to ask me if I'd like to see any other cars that actually have available. Horrible experience. After cooling off on my drive home, I stopped and purchased a 2023 Honda Ridgeline from another dealership.
