I have purchased 2 cars there, and because I trust them so much, I drive an hour from Atlanta to continue to use their Service Dept. Always treated professionally but with great friendliness... there is a woman in the Service Dept. whom I especially like: she always remembers who I am and what my life is about... she makes me feel valued there.

The dealership is awesome! Each time I’ve visited the facility was very clean and refreshing. Staff was always friendly just like family. The service advisor, Jonny Streetman treats you like family, is very helpful and knowledgeable! He knows his product AND the competitors. Every time I come in for service, I nearly leave with a new vehicle. The showroom is very well displayed. When I’m ready for another pickup, I’ll be coming to see Daniel Goldstein. His brother Tim says he moves many vehicles. I figure he’s very knowledgeable as well and listens well to the customer. I’ve always had a pleasant experience each time. Never caught them on an off day. Even when very busy….they take great care of the customer. My next vehicle will either be The Rouse version of the F250 diesel 4X4 or the Rouse F150 Platinum 4X4. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend your dealership.

TLDR: Allan Vigil Ford clearly doesn't value their customers once you buy your vehicle! I can't recommend the dealership due to the service department. The dealership did not advise that the recall to replace a clip on an interior trim piece would take 24 - 48 hours when the job should take less than 5 minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient when I'm going on vacation in less than two days. The Service Advisor, Julius Nave, said the truck would be finished 5pm the next day due to my vacation. I called at 5:30 PM the next day and not only did they not complete the recall, they had to order the clip and it may not be here tomorrow either. I'm delaying leaving for my vacation for several hours in hopes that the clip will be on the morning part delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed in this dealership's service department. Coming from a Jeep I thought their service department was bad but this Ford Dealership is the worst I've been to. I've never had to such a bad experience from a dealership.

When compared to the competition, there is NO competition. I have never done business with a better dealership than Pioneer Ford. All my Ford friends agree, Pioneer Ford is the best dealership, Pioneer Ford is the ONLY dealership where I take my rolling stock for maintenance or repairs.

Good experience. Courteous service advisor who kept me informed and explained things well. Used shuttle service & driver was friendly. Only issue is that parts are not available for a recall which is causing one of my issues.

I WOULD LIKE TO SPECIFY IN THIS REVIEW THAT ALL PARTIES TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE WERE MORE THAN PROFESSIONAL AND TREATED ME LIKE PART OF THEIR TEAM. I JUST PURCHASED A 2020 EXPLORER FROM THE POOLER STORE FROM MEGAN O'RIELY AND I CONTACTED HER TO LET HER KNOW THAT I FOUND A OIL LEAK COMING FROM MY REAR AXEL AND 2 OF THE TIRES ON THE CAR WERE WARPED AND THE TIRES WERE SEPARATING AFTER ONLY 3 WEEKS OF HAVING THE VEHICLE. SHE IMMEDIATELY TOOK ACTION AND GOT ME IN TOUCH WITH PATRICK KENNEDY WHO WELCOMED ME TO THE SAVANNAH STORE AND THEN TOOK ME STRAIGHT TO THE SERVICE TEAM AND HAD ME CHECKED IN AND SET UP WITH THE LOANER. I WAS THEN INTRODUCED TO JOHN GOTTLIEB WHO DID THE WALK THROUGH AND GAVE ME GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THIS IS WHY I AM GIVING THIS REVIEW 5 STARS. THEY FIXED MY OIL LEAK AND PUT TWO NEW TIRES ON THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE AND DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME THE DEDUCTIBLE, AND COVERED IT ALL UNDER THE BLUE CERTIFIED WARRANTY. MY ONLY ISSUE IS I WAITED A WHOLE WEEK TO GET THIS CAR DELIVERED TO ME, DUE TO BACK ORDERED WINDOW AND I FEEL THESE ISSUES SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT DURING THE INITIAL INSPECTION OF THE CAR AS THIS WAS SOLD AS A FORD BLUE CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE AND I AM SURE THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE SOME TYPE OF (100 POINT INSPECTION PROCESS) DONE BEFORE SELLING THE VEHICLE. THIS REALLY MADE THE VACATION WE PLANNED VERY UNSETTLING SINCE WE FOUND THESE ISSUES RIGHT BEFORE OUR TRIP AND WE DECIDED ON THE EXPLORER TO HAVE ROOM TO TRAVEL IN AND HAD TO SETTLE FOR A MAVERICK WHICH I WAS TOLD THAT WAS ALL THEY HAD AND I UNDERSTAND, HOWEVER I JUST WANTED TO POINT OUT THE ISSUES THIS CAUSED TO EMPHASIZE THE SMALL THINGS THAT COULD HELP MAKE YOUR TEAM BETTER.

Made an appointment to have my door lock on my 2020 F150 checked as it wound not lock or unlock on passenger front. They called and said it was fixed.changed some settings. Picked up the vehicle and still had the same issue. Didn't even check the reason it was brought in. Told me they would pick it up and get it fixed on the following Friday. Get a text on Friday telling me they could not get to it. Made another appointment for the following Monday. Took it in and was told the warranty company was closed and it was going to be a 195.00 diagnostic fee and 700 plus to fix if it was the actuator. All I have gotten was a runaround. This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I will no longer purchase Fords again.

I chose Billy Howell because of a bad experience with a previous Ford dealer. Went in to get a spare key for my 2018 Ford Escape. Parts employee quoted me $213.95 including tax. That was about what I was told it should cost. When I got the bill it was $462.90!!! I couldn’t believe it. When I told the cashier what I was quoted, her response was “that was only for the part, not programming the key”. REALLY? I’m 81 years old, did they expect me to know how to program this thing? All the parts guy had to say was “ programming is an additional $213.95”. I could have chosen not to get the spare key. I feel like they withheld the REAL price until I got the key knowing I would pay for it. Sad to say, but if you need parts or repairs, go somewhere else. I should have gone to a locksmith.
