Customer service while having a vehicle repaired has always left me with a good feeling that the repair has been done correctly at Don-Rich. Don-Rich always stands behind their repair work and warranty offered! I've had repairs made at other Ford dealers in the area only due to convenience and I have not been pleased with the results. So I have decided that the convenience was not worth it and I will be taking all my repair business to Don-Rich from now on convenience set aside. After getting the runaround at the Sandy Springs Ford dealership this morning, and told my appointment only got me into the "queue", I called Whitney Bennett at Pugmire, drove from Sandy Springs to Cartersville, had my daughter's car diagnosed and fixed within an hour, and back at my office in East Cobb by 11:00.

I bought a platinum 2016 F-150. When the deal was done they handed me ONE key fob (no keys are required). I traded a Tundra, gave two key fobs, two keys, and a valet key. It was explained to me that because I got such a good deal that they could not give me a key. I was told I could get another one at their cost, but that never happened either.
I just bought a $46,000 truck and do not get at least two key fobs. Instead I have to pay for another key fob for my wife, and then I have to pay them to program it. I have waited almost a year to do this review because I thought I might calm down. It looks like that has happened.
My wife still has no way to drive the truck, unlock the truck, or open the tailgate unless she takes my keys which is a lot of hassle. Still pretty unhappy with the whole thing.

Saw a Toyota truck online with no price. Ad said call for price. I called. Spoke with Bob. He said he had to talk to his boss to get the price and wanted to call me back. I said no, I always get a ton of unwanted phone calls when I call a dealership, and that if he didn’t know the price I was going to move on. He said “thanks for calling” and that was it. Yet another car salesman who wants my number so they can call and bug the crap out if me. These types of dealers give me nightmares about buying a car. Seriously?!? You can’t just give me a price? I have awesome credit and I am ready to buy! All I wanted to know was the price UP FRONT so I wouldn’t waste my time if it was out of my price range! This dealer is 3 hours away from, so I am willing to drive but they wanted to play these silly “I don’t know the price of my inventory but I’ll call you right back” games. Why can’t these people just be upfront about their price? These old-school dealers are so freaking hard to deal with. Do they not understand that people don’t want to be jerked around and treated this way?

Manufacturer made a mistake and Allan Vigil took care of it - Aviator
I ordered a 2020 Aviator on 4/4/19 I was informed of the progress of the new build. The Aviator arrived at Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln on 8/12/19 they inspected it and found some scratches on some interior parts and they ordered them immediately. I was able to pick up the car on Thursday once I inspected the car there was a manufacturer mistake on the order. I ordered a bench seat for the second row, but they installed bucket seats. I had two choices, order a new one and wait two more months or live with the bucket seats I chouse to keep the car with the buckets. The console between the buckets was one of two to choose from, and unfortunately Lincoln put the small one in. Thanks to Allan Vigil they decided to order me the bigger one and install it for no charge.
