My husband and I were searching for a 2022 White Explorer Limited, very hard to find these days! We normally are loyal to our local Ford Dealership in Athens with whom we have a great relationship but they did not have the inventory we were looking for and we needed to purchase quickly as we are due with our new baby next month. My husband inquired about a vehicle on Five Star Ford’s website and was contacted the next morning by Jacob Johnson. We visited the dealership Saturday, and Jacob was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. He had the car ready for our test drive and other team members ready to assess our trade. Everyone we came into contact with was great! Jacob was overly accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for every request I had during negotiation. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking to shop at this dealership!

Took my truck in for a recall repair. My keys were locked in the vehicle by accident after I left and I had to go back with a spare key. My service rep made the experience feel minor because of her great attitude and understanding of the inconvenience to me. Never thought I would be saying it was not a bad experience. In fact it was one of my most pleasurable experience taking my vehicle in for service.

2010 F-150 in as a trade. I was going to trade my Fiesta plus over $11,000 for the
F-150 trade in. My Fiesta is worth about $13,000 with 16,000 plus miles and the
trade in F-150 with 178,000 miles. In essence, I was going to pay about $20,000
for the F-150. Mr. Mizell then offered to take $1,000 off the price of the F-150,
I had to decline his offer as my family advised me not to get the F-150. I will shop
again at this dealer and buy from him again, Mr. Mizell is clearly a man of integrity
who is concerned for the safety and comfort of his customers.

I made an appointment to have transmission work done on my 2002 Ford Explorer. The appointment was for 8/15/2022 at 9:00 AM. When I got there at 8:30 AM the Service Writer told me I would have to leave my car til they could get to it. He said he didn't realize when he made the appointment that the transmission shop was booked solid til September 6. They had my phone number on file but there is no record in my phone log of any call from Pugmire nor was any message left on voicemail. It seems someone could have called so I could go to another shop. Very poor customer service.

I would stay away from this company it’s a joke , I left my F250 here and was vandalized on there lot cutting everything underneath my truck when I got a call about it I rushed to see . They said wasn’t there problems because they have waivers up stating that ?? Caused 15 k damages for what was only recalled codes why I brought in . I spoke to everyone and even the owner said it’s not there problem . They have no honor in there work or customer service we are in contact with a lawyer at this point they can not treat people this way DO NOT TAKE THEM ANYTHING !!!
